We are a group of five women, childhood friends who gather once a year in the FingerLake region. We’ve always had lovely places to stay, but this was definitely the nicest one.

Most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in on vacation. Beautiful views of the sunset. Very spacious. Steep driveway.

The house was very clean and spacious. Kitchen was stocked with the essentials needed for meals. Beds were comfy and everything worked great. Located perfectly for visiting all the local vineyards. Thanks!

The kitchen sink should be replaced as it’s very stained, the Wi-Fi is spotty and the televisions were not working. We did enjoy our stay - thanks!!

Unfortunately this guest did have some wifi issues, the wifi provider had a loose cable outside the home on the power lines. The issue was resolved on the last day of the guests stay.

Perfect spot.

Had a wedding in Penn Yan and family in Wayne. Fit all 9 of us very comfortably. Place is clean... morning and evening views of the lake fantastic from the front porch.

Family fun on Keuka

Beautiful house on an even more beautiful lake. Very family friendly with lots of common space, big bedrooms and lots of bathrooms. The waterfront area is perfect for all day/night activities, swimming and boat use. We really enjoyed our 2 weeks

Keuka Memories

Had a nostalgic Sisters visit on our beloved childhood summer vacation lake. This house fit the bill beautifully for a party of 7. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful view, well laid out house. Very little actual beach and there are many many steps to navigate, but we would happily rent again Quiet

Nice Spacious Property

This is a spacious property with many nice features, especially the covered front porch. It’s in a good central location with a scenic view of the lake. The property manager quickly responded to the couple of questions that we had. One observation that may be important to some, there is no closet in the master suite.

Great Adult Fall weekend

Planned an 8 couple mature adult weekend. House was roomy yet warm feeling . Lake views from front porch fabulous. Kitchen bedrooms and baths all spotless well appointed . Everything needed for meal prep was available Easily accessed all the wineries breweries restaurants. Used dock to sit lakeside. Bring beach chairs. Used firepit. Would book again Only flaw was iffy WiFi which I’m sure is just the area.

Great Property for a large group

The house has a great living space to go along with the number of bedrooms. It is just across a residential street from a stairway to a private dock. The scenery is outstanding. Weakness is the minimal amount of standard things one needs feel comfortable. They provided 10 towels for 10 people for 6 days and two dish towels and two dish rags. Guess we weren't supposed to cook or shower. Utensils and cookware looked to purchased at goodwill and were well used. Window guides and storm door guides needed a good cleaning. I e-mailed the manager regarding a safety hazard and some needed small repairs and heard nothing back.

Happy Daze made for a most memorable little vacation for our group of old friends. It is well kept, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. The home is spacious with a fantastic porch overlooking the lake. The kitchen was really the most well stocked of any of the places I've stayed at. We all agreed we'd love to return next year!
