Great host and location’

The place was very convenient to the slopes and areas to eat! Host was very responsive. Only issue was the cleanliness of the property. Dead bugs, dirty bedding and floors

Great stay in Mammoth

Location was convenient in terms of ease getting onto the shuttle to get to the mountain and to Vons. The house was also across the way from the jacuzzi which was really nice. Hosts were very responsive. Would love to stay here again!

Mammoth

This property was well equipped but needed a deep cleaning!! Spider webs. Some with spiders in them. Bug smear on bathroom wall upstairs. Shelfs in upstairs bathroom needed to be washed. Freezer needed to be wiped out. Wall heater was not working!! They will say this is in the mountains but I live in park city utah and don’t have spiders in my house.

Awesome Condo

Wonderful condo.The kitchen had everything with like new utensils.Living room and beds were very comfortable. Very close to hikes, fishing, and town. Perfect location. Turnkey beautiful interior!

Cute condo near park, trolley stop, and shops

Condo was recently upgraded and in a prime location. It is located a short 2 min walk to a great park with creek, near the grocery store/shops and next to the trolley stop. Kids loved the bunk beds and it was nice having 2 full baths. Owners were great to work with and easy to communicate with. We hope to come back next winter or summer!

Great location, beautiful decor, great experience!

This is our second time staying at this property. The condo has a very fresh and modern feel while also incorporating the charm of the mountains. It’s also right by the pool and spa. Parking is never a problem. Great place to stay for all seasons in mammoth!

Cozy condo in great location

PROS: Communication was excellent. Property was clearly newly redone - bathrooms were nice and well equipped (ie, small stand to go with upstairs small vanity to give more storage.) furnishings were modern and well kept. There are still some boxes of remodeling supplies in the condo to prove it! Plenty of towels. Kitchen had all we needed to cook and serve meals. Lots of hooks on walls for towels, coats, etc. CONS: 2 of the upstairs bedrooms’s heaters weren’t working. So we had to leave the 3rd door open to share the heat making 1 room very hot so the other two rooms were comfortable. Contacted the host who apologized and offered to have ppl come to repair but wasn’t repaired before we left. The power went off the 2nd night due to storms for about 4 hours. Nothing the owners could do about that of course but not awesome when the baby sleeps with a sound machine. Hot tub opens at 4pm each day and the listing clearly states to bring own towels but I forgot(!) so towels for the hot tub would be a nice added touch. Overall would recommend this place for the price in the off season and great proximity to a playground and the hiking/biking trail that goes around the whole town.

Mammoth family trip

Not our first trip to Mammoth Lakes and usually rent houses but found the condo to be roomy and had all the needed amenities. Nice location and close to all the places we wanted to go to. We did miss not having a washer and dryer in the unit, but not a big deal. Lovely time overall.

Family stay in early August

Our family of four had a lovely stay in this condo. We had more than enough room here, and used all the amenities: the hot tub, the cool but refreshing pool, and the laundry facility. We especially appreciated having plenty of towels and a very well stocked kitchen with enough plates/cups/bowls/silverware for multiple meals for all of us. Being on the second floor was great in terms of reduced noise level and keeping windows and doors open during the summer. We loved the overhead fans in the bedrooms and had them running at night. Unit and location was just as advertised.

Very nice property. Perfect location for a ski outing in Mammoth. Owner reached out directly to ensure that we had all the necessary information to make the best of our stay. I will look forward to the opportunity for a future visit.

Modern & comfortable stay

Condo was nicely renovated & a great location. The hot tub was right outside the unit which was nice with the cold weather. Parking was also right outside the unit which made it convenient with kids. The hosts were also very responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location/great space

The condo was great for a weekend in Mammoth to ski. The shuttle to the slopes picks up at the end of the street, and you can walk to a few restaurants for dinner. The hot tub was very nice after day of skiing. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The only thing that we missed was a hair dryer but not a big deal. The hosts were very responsive. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Great Stay!

Our family had a great time staying in Jessica and Aarons place! They were very sweet and helpful with anything we needed, and were very quick to respond. This condo is an absolute unicorn! 3 very comfortable bedrooms and a fourth room that would be great for a family with more kids! The fireplace kept the house really warm we barely had to use other heaters. The condo is quiet and beautiful and the area could not have been more convenient! It's close to everything and has really nice walking trails right outside. Also the hot tub is located literally outside the front door so that was a plus! We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location and comfortable stay

The condo was a great location (4 min drive to Eagle lodge) close to the village, restaurants, etc. Beds were comfortable and we utilized the shared hot tub which was amazing after a long day of skiing.

Cozy condo in mammoth

Had a great stay for our ski trip to mammoth for two families. The condo was clean and description and photos match the condition. Was easy to work with the owner/manager. One of the room heater was not working and they were able to send someone over to fix it. It is in the second floor and there are steep stairs to climb. For those who are Tesla owner the supercharging station is less than 5 min walk which was very convenient. The hot tub and laundry is right next to the condo also. Enjoyed our stay.

Great location from lodge

The place was a perfect distance from the village and the main lodge. Everything from the beds to the inside atmosphere of the place felt very welcoming and comfy. The only downside is a hairdryer was listed as a part of amenities but we couldn’t find it anywhere around the place. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

great stay

we were happy with our stay. very clean, beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need to make food. plenty of towels. instead of the 2 twins there is a triple bunk - just good to know in advance. the listing says loft, but the room is totally enclosed so no sound issue, the pool was closed for maintenance (i know thats not something Jessica can control) and also good to know in advance, the hot tub is only open after 4pm.

We are a family of 5, dad, mom and 3 energetic boys. We live in Oceanside, CA. While we love the beach, we also all love the mountains, and enjoy snowboarding together in the winter and exploring all of the natural wonders in the area during the summer. We have traveled throughout California searching for the best mountains, and we feel Mammoth is best California has to offer. It's huge! It has the best snow! And the season doesn't usually end until July 4th! Not only that, but the surrounding lakes, mountains and meadows make it one of the most beautiful places on Earth.

We fell in love with this property for it's perfect location and sprawling layout. It is the perfect cabin for all seasons, winter, spring, summer or fall. It is at a lower elevation in the town, so even when it is blizzard conditions on the mountain, the weather is more mild at the cabin. No need to struggle with driving or parking on hills in the snow. However, it has easy access to the mountain and village via the town shuttle and trolley, so if you don't want to drive at all, you don't have to! If relaxing at the cabin is more your style, you can still enjoy the beauty Mammoth has to offer with gorgeous views of the Sherwin mountain range and the lovely meadow. See all the colors the different seasons have to offer while sitting in the comfort of the living room or on the deck. Mammoth Creek and meadow are just steps outside. So it is easy to be out in nature next to a babbling creek and under fragrant pine trees in just seconds, while feeling like you are miles away. Kids love to play in Mammoth Creek park also just seconds away.
The sprawling layout makes it larger than it seems from the outside. There is plenty of space for families to either be together, or have their alone time. The remodeled upgrades in the cabin make it feel like you are staying in a 5 star hotel suite.

We have been coming to Mammoth Mountain for years during the winter, and fell in love with the long powdery runs. It wasn't until we came in the Spring that we fell in love with the surrounding area lakes. We decided we wanted to have our own little slice of heaven. Then coming in the Summer and Fall confirmed our love of the area as we watched the gorgeous greens turn to bright yellows and orange. The area is quiet enough, so it's easy to unplug and relax. The town is bustling enough to have great restaurants, shops and energy.
We are so very happy to be able to share our little slice of heaven with the rest of the world, and hope that everyone's stay at this cabin in Mammoth will be as joyful and memorable as ours have been.
