Beautiful mountain cottage - 2br 2ba - close to everything!!

Brand new in 2022! House for rent, 3 miles to town, 3 miles to Appalachian State University and Kidd Brewer Stadium. Less than a mile to Ted Mackorell Soccer Complex and Booneshine Brewery! Close to everything! This is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath full townhouse.

One bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite full bathroom, desk for working, flat screen TV with Roku access and a full walk-in closet with hangers.

The second bedroom has a bunk bed, with the bottom being a queen size, the top a twin xl, desk for working, along with an en-suite full bathroom, and walk-in closet with hangers.

Starter products provided!
Starter products provided - toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets and trash bags.

K-cups for the Keurig and coffee grounds and filters for the drip coffee maker. Some flavor creamers and sugars provided as well. Basic cleaning products provided as well (glass cleaner, disinfectant spray, bathroom cleaner, etc.)

Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, cups, silver ware, basic cookware and bakeware along with a few extras.

Linens: sheets provided for all 3 beds and towel sets are in each room.

Front porch has two chairs and a table, available for use, please just cover back when done.

Back deck has a full set of furniture and table, cushions are in the deck box (key is in the welcome binder); please just put back after use.

This was such a wonderful place for us to stay for our daughter’s graduation from App State! It was so well stocked with everything you need including Keurig machine, pods and creamer. We also loved the back deck and the view is lovely! Would absolutely stay here again.

Location was very convenient to town. Enjoyed the ease of access the house from 421. It is tucked away but not difficult to get to. Will definitely check availability next time we come into town.

Wonderful Mountain House

This property was great. It was clean and had everything you needed. Even had extra toothbrush and paste if you forgot yours. Highly recommend staying here!

Close to app state

This property was not too far from app state which is why we picked it. Everything is fairly new and most of what you needed was provided!

Great Rental in Boone!

Just enjoyed a wonderful weekend at Kaitlin's place. It's a really nice 2 bedroom, very clean, and had no problems at all. Wonderful view out on the back deck. Communication with Kaitlin was perfect and had no problems accessing the property. Would stay here again in the future for sure.

Check-in was easy. Details were sent 24 hours before check-in and was very simple compared to others. The kitchen was beautiful, stainless steel appliances were clean, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and dishes. Keurig coffee maker with coffee and creamers. Beautiful setup. Everything you needed was available.

Just Perfect

What a great little rental house! We were less than a mile from our soccer tournament and 2-3 miles from App State. Everything is brand new. The house is super clean and well stocked. It’s way more spacious than the listing pics. Very comfortable for 4 people. The deck and front porch were an added bonus. Would definitely stay again!

Snow tubing and Hiking @ Grandfather Mountain

This was a great little rental in Boone. It was clean and comfortable. We slept great on the King bed. The only issues we ran across was if more than 2 people needed to shower there was not enough hot water and the hot water could have been hotter. The owners of the rental was great! They did stock the house with lots of extras that most places do not. Coffee, cream, sugar, bottled water, paper towels, toliet paper, etc. They really did put a lot of effort into making the house comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! Great House!!
