Four connecting canal-wide view of the sunset with access to the ocean. The saltwater heated pool, spa, and adorable comfortable home all lend themselves to relaxing and taking in the view. Kayaks, beach gear, coolers, beach towels, bicycles and more. We provide everything except your toothbrush.

Our family enjoyed staying here so much! The home was perfect and had everything we needed and more! The view in the back is beautiful & hosts the perfect nightly sunsets! My husband and I biked around the neighborhood on the bikes provided, attempted to kayak lol, the kids enjoyed the pool daily, the hot tub is amazing, and we enjoyed dinner on the lanai too! It’s also close to many beaches and fun activities! I highly recommend this property and would definitely return!

Cozy

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this holiday apartment. The place was beautifully decorated, very cozy, and made us feel right at home. Everything was spotless clean, and you could tell that great care was taken in preparing the space for guests. It’s in a perfect location, quiet yet close to everything. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

Great Family Vacation Home!

This home was wonderful! The hosts are extremely helpful, wonderful with communication and care a lot about your stay. Our girls (3 & 6) loved our “holiday house” as they called it. Swam everyday, played games, used the beach toys. My husband and I enjoyed our trip and felt we had everything we could possibly need! This area is also a wonderful jump off point for must see points of interest less than 30-60 minutes drive. We will definitely stay at one of the host properties again, thank you!!

Everything about this place was wonderful, including the communication with the owners who would quickly respond with any questions to the cleanliness and the super cute decor throughout the home.The lanai was huge and wonderful, and my family thoroughly enjoyed themselves

Just Wow!

Thank you, thank you for such a great relaxation vacation. The home was the cleanest home we have ever rented and the lanai was huge with absolutely breath taking views. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations.

Such an amazing stay! Couldn't ask for a better vacation, thanks to Stu and Cathy of CCC! The house was adorable, clean, and comfortable! So nice to have our own pool. They had everything there that you could possibly need to make your vacation a memorable one. I don't think I've ever come home from a vacation with clean clothes, thanks to the washer & dryer! Will definitely book again with CCC!

Excellent stay!

Cozy Cape Cottage was an amazing place to stay for a family getaway. Well appointed space with everything we could need. Perfect location, close to so many places you will want to visit. Sanibel, Ft Myers Beach, Downtown Ft Myers...it's all within minutes. We highly recommend staying with SeaSchells. Stu was responsive and an excellent host. Thank you!

Clean, comfortable and great location.

This is the cleanest rental at which we’ve ever stayed. The host was accessible although we didn’t need anything. The pool and lanai are gorgeous. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable beds (except the lower bunk bed but fine for a kid). We loved having coffee and watching the boats go by in the canal. It was close to a grocery store, Starbucks and a lot of restaurants. Access to Sanibel was close as well and we hit the beach twice with the beach supplies provided. We would stay again.

Just perfect

The house was exactly as pictured if not better. The best vacation rental I’ve ever had. Quiet neighborhood, pool was perfect and the bed was comfortable. Communication w the hosts was quick response. I arrived right after a cold spell and the pool was chilly. Host checked and a little reset. Happened quickly and host even popped over and checked. I cannot say enough positive things about Stu & Cathy. Great hosts. Do not hesitate to book.

This was the perfect Christmas break getaway for our family. Lots of pool time, fishing in the canal and sightseeing in the area. Stu and Cathy were wonderful, would not hesitate to book again.

Great location, fantastic host!

Things happen and perfection is an unrealistic expectation... but when things go wrong you get to see what people are really made of. Stu was an amazing host. He was proactive and communicative from the start and quick to respond to us. He was thoughtful and really made us feel like he cared about our experience. He went above and beyond to ensure that all the 'imperfections' were managed and we had an amazing vacation.Thank you for everything Stu & Kathy!

Retreat away from home

Our family of 4 had a great time staying here! It was just what we needed. A cozy home to stay in where we didn’t need to leave much (except for groceries). We enjoyed the pool! As a mom I especially appreciated that it had all that I needed for the kids. Booster, pack ‘n play, games, etc. We had fun using the fishing rods and gear available as well! Were a fishing family so it was nice to enjoy that and catch many catfish off the dock. Thank you for making our first time stay in Cape Coral one to remember!

Peaceful Getaway

The kids and I had a wonderful relaxing stay. The pool and canal access kept the kiddos entertained. We loved having the kayaks and paddleboard available. The screened pool deck made relaxing by the pool and grilling out lovely. The house was as advertised, clean and well stocked. We would definitely rent again if in the Cape Coral area.

Fishing/hunting Getaway in Fort Meyers

We had a blast in Florida, and this VRBO was perfect for it's location and size. We were able to go on a Gator hunt, and we spent most of our time fishing at local parks and canals and relaxing. The lodging was extremely comfortable and perfect for our stay.

Beautiful South Florida Home

Our family loved staying at this property. We greatly appreciated how well stocked the home was. The neighborhood is quiet and felt remote, yet the home is just a short drive away from stores and restaurants. Pool was very nice and the veiws were spectacular. I wish I would've read the contract more closely, that we signed after booking, as the owners controlled the thermostat and set at 74. Fans were provided in each room, but kiddos we're still a bit warm at night. Other than that we had an amazing stay.

It's all about location, location, location and we also wanted to completely remodel a home to create the perfect getaway for our family, friends and guests. We searched many homes for the perfect one and found it! We love Cape Coral so much that we purchased six additional homes in the area so we could share our Florida Adventures with our ever growing, family/friends and your "family and friends" as well. This home views a double wide amazing canal as well as the sunset. It is in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of SE Cape Coral. We have been visiting Cape Coral for our entire married life. Love the area, and I think you will too.

This home has been completely renovated and decorated in a cozy cottage beach style that you will love. You will fall in love with the backyard pool, patio, lanai, canal, dock and sunsets - WE DID! The neighborhood is close to shopping and anything you might need, yet is very peaceful for a long walk or bike ride. A short drive to the many sights and activities including our favorite stomping grounds at Sanibel/Captiva or Fort Myers Beach. We rent a boat and cruise the canals, The Caloosahatchee River or head over to Sanibel for the day.

We provide Kayaks, Paddleboard, bicycles and a game room in the garage.
