The cottage was very clean. An adorable decorated summer cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches in town and restaurants. Host readily available.

Cute bungalow conveniently located near a nice pond and walking trails. Nice amenities like new bikes and kayaks to play with. We had a very nice visit using Compass Rose cottage as our base of operations to explore the Cape and Nantucket. Our hosts were great communicators and very responsive.

The cottage was adorable and so charming. It was the perfect location for a home base to explore Cape Cod and we had a wonderful vacation. A short drive to beautiful beaches, and if weather had been warmer we would have been able to kayak and swim in the pond which is a short walk from the house. We loved the peaceful and quiet location. It had everything we needed.

Great location near Captain Frostys and mayflower beach. My family enjoyed all the biking, walking and swimming and delicious food that Cape cod is to offer.

Great Stay

We loved our stay and really enjoyed how close it was to both Plymouth and Provincetown. The beds were comfortable, the shower was beautiful and it was the perfect home away from home!

Compass Rose Cottage was a cozy little cottage with an old time Cape feel and enough updates to make it comfortable. It’s perfect for a couple or maybe a family with one child.

Our stay was awesome! The cottage was exactly like the pictures and everything about it was very accommodating. I'd definitely recommend!

Compass Rose worked out perfect for a quick December getaway. We just went out hiking every day & cooked in at night. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and we loved the little dining room as the many windows brought a lot of light in. Carol was very responsive from the moment we booked. Would definitely recommend for a couple or a small family and any time of year on the Cape can be fun.

Home away from home

Had a wonderful visit . Enjoyed some nice restaurants in the area but still able to do some cooking with shopping near by. What a nice place to stay.

Great stay in cozy cabin!

Enjoyed a hike in nearby conservation land area! Very convenient location for us. Owners very accommodating!

Everything about this property was wonderful

My family had a girl trip to celebrate my sisterand aunts birthday. This place was fantastic , fully stocked with everything we needed , clean and spacious. Fantastic location and lake was beautiful! Perfect stay😀

Adorable cottage

We loved the cottage, and the proximity to both Mayflower Beach and Flax Pond. It was great to be able to use the kayaks as well.

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our weekend at this cozy, little getaway. There’s a great pathway for walking, biking or running that we really appreciated and we had at a great breakfast on Sunday at Captain Baker’s.

Spring getaway

Best place to stay on the Cape. Next to excellent coffee places, restaurants, and biking trails. Cottage is spacious and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend. This was our third time!
