The perfect spot for a relaxing girls’ weekend getaway! The house was clean and welcoming. Malia was very helpful! We used the hot tub one evening and enjoyed the outdoor patio seating throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing home with great view. Perfect location for a weekend with some friends/co-workers. Great communication with host. View from the hot tub and fire pit worth the price by themselves.

Excellent spot for family vacation. Gearhart house has a quiet and scenic location with beautiful views. It is a very clean home, kid friendly, and stocked with almost anything you need. My grandkids especially enjoyed the amenities; foosball, ping pong and the hot tub. Easy communication with hosts as well and a large kitchen family area. I would definitely revisit this home.

Loved the location. Great beach toys. The rental was overpriced for the condition of the house. The oven was filthy and the toaster did not work at all. There should be Kleenex in every bathroom. We found none in n the house. Also I think renters need to know how difficult it is to get down to the beach.

Thank you, June, for taking the time to leave us a review. Our summer pricing is much more. We enjoy providing a clean will kept home. Happy to replace toaster, oven should have been clean and if not, it was definitely an oversight as well as the Kleenex. We have a case in storage. We are a river front property with 2 tides daily. Summer tides much lower, exposing driftwood that is scattered and unpredictable where it will reside. Yes, you are correct the access to the riverbed is difficult for those who are not well balanced. I would recommend driving to 10th and Marion in Gearhart to drive on the beach. Which is a very fun option. Thousands of visitors enjoy driving on the beach or parking near the entrance to walk to the beach. Mahalo.. Malia & Arnie

Wonderful getaway spot with plenty of space to spread out close to Seaside with private beach access. The place was clean and hosts were very responsive to all our questions. Lots of options for entertainment.

This home is in the best location! The view the view the view we couldn’t get over. Lots of space for a large party. Very comfortable beds. It does need some updating but the home itself was very clean. The kitchen is huge and great to cook in and looking at the best view. We would love to stay here again. It will be in my favorite of places to stay in the future.

This home had everything we needed to spend a cozy week at the beach. The views are stunning, fireplaces cozy, fully stocked kitchen, and the fire pit out back made for a lovely evening.Would definitely go back!

When I entered the home I was amazed at the view it gave me a sense of joy and calm. I knew I had found a wonderful vacation spot to enjoy with my family! There was room for each person to have their own space and also places to enjoy together! The hot tub was at perfect temperature the fire pit was fun for smores and the teens had an adventure in the kayaks after the huge storm cleared off ! Watching the storms come in the cove and the wildlife was interesting we even went clamming right in the back yard! A perfect vacation spot!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in this spacious home with its spectacular views. Malia and Arnie were proactive hosts who made check-in a snap and were available whenever needed. The beds were comfortable and hot tub hot. Considering this is a large home on the beach it was remarkably clean and sand free. We would definitely stay again!

This was our second stay here and we loved it just as much the second time around! Beautiful home, amazing property that has fun foe everyone (from our ten year old to grandparents and all the ages in between!). Owners are very re responsive. Wonderful place to stay!
