This is by far the best property in Indian Shores ! Second time we have stayed here, one thing we really enjoy is looking at the guest book for recommendations. We have found several places we love ! It is on the beach,room is clean, overall, just a beautiful spot.

The condo was very nice and clean. Loved the view of the waterway and ocean. There was construction on the one side but not distracting . We truly enjoyed our stay.

Cypress N Sun - GREAT VACATION CHOICE!!!

Another beautiful week spent in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. This time we found a wonderful spot to spend our days. The Cypress N Sun was perfect for our family. A beautiful, well stocked condo with super easy beach access. Close to everything and always the best sunsets. If you are beach goers like us that love to spend all day, every day, on the beach, the locker storage rooms for your specific condo are the BEST! Come in off the beach and store your tents, chairs, and umbrellas all inside the locker for the next day. Best thing ever! You can't go wrong with this unit and it's only 8 units so the beach is always less crowded than anywhere you will find. Great spot and highly recommended and affordable.

Our family loved this unit! They furniture had been recently upgraded, but the location and amenities on site (porch facing sunrise, chairs in the common area by beach, storage w chairs, etc) made this the perfect stay. We are booking again for next year!

Great family vacation spot!

The beaches weren't crowded at all, the condo had everything we needed from kitchen items to beach chairs. The place was very beautiful!

Wonderful, quiet beach!

Stay here every year, just a great place to vacation. Lots of space with everything you need nearby! Lots of restaurants, and grocery store a few minutes away. Cant wait to get back!

Lovely beach place

We had a great time here. Very clean and cozy little beach place. The views of the intercostal and beach were perfect. The beach is amazing, and the main reason we came. The little shops and restaurants close by are cute and had good food as well.

Great place

Second time staying here! Beautiful location and so close to everything you need. Publix, great restaurants! Slyce is the best pizza place close and they deliver. Amici is not far and fabulous Italian food and great prices!! Can’t wait to stay again next year!!

The house was right on the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighbors in the condo below us were very helpful. We will make a return trip.

Absolutely perfect!

This place was wonderful! Everything was a short drive from the condo. The beach was right there and never super busy. The neighbors were all so lovely. Most definitely will be coming back!

Business meeting

Great location, we use the unit for a business meeting, open concert living room and dining room was just right for the setting. On the beach and intercoastal, walking distance to restaurants and bars.
