You and your family will be in Good Company at this wonderfully updated cottage. The family-friendly layout will provide a delightful stay with a comfortably furnished living area that looks out over the Atlantic Ocean. These views continue through to the dining area, kitchen and front bedroom. The oceanside sundeck provides the opportunity to sunbathe while the screened porch affords the opportunity to lounge in the shade while taking in the gorgeous seaside views.

Five Stars!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. It was the perfect size for our family and everyone had their own space. The screened in porch was a plus and the deck was wonderful, providing both sun and shaded areas. Just steps to the beach and a perfect place for our family. We would definitely rent this home again.

Great location, needs updates

The property is a bit dated. It does look better in the pictures. Has plenty of sleeping space. Great beach access. The management company was great. Drains in the bigger bathroom were not draining. They respond def quickly and had them fixed the next morning. Could have been cleaned better as we came into trash in the garbage can and dirty counters. The pull out bed has crumbs and toys in it as well. Overall, not bad.

Topsail retreat

Avoid!

This property was so bad that we left our (expensive) summer vacation two days early. Upon arrival, we were greeted with Cheetos on the floor, a broken window, multiple ripped screens on the porch and lots of dust/grime. We contacted the property management company immediately and they had the cleaners return to the house. We appreciated that but their rudeness was unprofessional and they barely improved the situation. Throughout our stay, the toilet broke, the fridge broke and the repairman was there twice for separate issues. The repairman was awesome - very helpful and professional. The worst part of the stay was the rudeness of the management company. They did not express an ounce of concern or regret. They said that the house only gets deep cleaned twice a year, once before Memorial Day and once after Labor Day. Well, we were there on Memorial Day weekend! The house is in desperate need of repairs and upkeep. Stains on carpets, rust on most appliances, mold on ceiling, I could go on and on. After 5 days of being in this house, we were so skeeved out, we left. Save your money and look elsewhere!

Wonderful place to stay

This was a wonderful home, it has anything you would need to cook with in the kitchen. We had family come for lunch and there was plenty of dishes and utensils. I loved that there were 2.5 bathrooms, a laundry room and three bedrooms. This place is right on the beach, my husband is recovering from a brain hemorrhage and I wanted to be close to the beach for him. This was a fantastic place and we mostly had the beach all to ourselves. The living room is very comfortable and will fit a good size group of people.

First experience of NC

This is a wonderful beach house. We would definitely stay again! The only issue we had was that the heat didn’t work the first 2 days. So while it was being fixed we stayed one night in a motel. I’m optimistic that we will be reimbursed!

Awesome vacation

We had perfect weather for our stay at Good Company. The beach was never crowded and seemed as though we had the beach to ourselves most of the time. When not on the beach the screened porch made watching dolphins, fisherman, and just relaxing with a cup of coffee a pleasant experience. The staff at Topsail Realty are extremely nice and went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The only negative [ and this is minor ] was reception for roadside master bedroom tv. The kids complained about not being able to watch movies. Also that room doesn't cool down like the rest of the home. Could use a supplemental window air conditioner. We would definitely stay here again and enjoyed our stay very much.
