"Queen's Grant A-302" Oceanfront Condo + Community Pool, Boat Docks

This oceanfront, third floor condo is your one-stop ocean getaway destination. All guests of A-302 can enjoy the oceanfront proximity of the condo with beach access, use of the clubhouse featuring a fireplace, kitchenette, lounge area, pool, locker rooms, boat launch/storage, and day docks. (Please note: there are NO elevators in this building)

A 3rd floor, two bedroom, two bathroom unit with sweeping ocean and beach views. Entering this property through the front door, a laundry room sits directly to your left, in front of you lies a large open living area. In this space to the left is a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating and a four person dining table positioned conveniently between the kitchen and living area. The large living area has a comfortable couch and armchair. At the end of the room is a huge sliding glass door offering seamless access to the covered deck and its amazing views.

The master bedroom is located oceanfront and has a King bed and a large updated private bath. Sliding glass doors off the master bedroom also provide access to the oceanfront deck. Bedroom two, located on the sound side of the unit, has a queen bed and a bunk bed with two twin beds that boasts a beautiful sound view from the window. Bedroom two also has a sliding glass door out to the large front deck overlooking the sound and boat dock. Extra care has been taken to ensure you feel right at home while a guest at this property, making it a great value for such a beautiful getaway.

LINENS:
SILVER PACKAGE – Includes ALL bed linens, one bath set (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth) per occupancy, 1 kitchen towel set, & bath mats per full bathroom. Complimentary for ALL 7-night minimum reservations in 2025.

If Complimentary Linens are not applicable for your stay, you may bring your own linens, or we offer linens to rent for an additional fee. Please contact us to apply a linen rental to your reservation.

Queen's Grant HOA Regulations: Grills are NOT permitted anywhere on Queen's Grant oceanfront property. Grills are provided for use across the street. Smoking (cigarettes, pipes, cigars, etc.) or electronic cigarette usage or “vaping” is not permitted by any renter on any outside deck directly attached to a unit or stairs or landings leading to units.
Parking: 1 Parking Space
Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details. 
WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.  
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. ID verification required prior to check in.


TRIP PREPARATION:
Access Realty Vacation Rentals adhere to minimum standards set to provide you with as many of the comforts of home as possible during your stay. All our vacation rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s) and more!

Please note that unless otherwise indicated above, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Our vacation homes are not guaranteed to have consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).

Beach Nourishment: Beach nourishment projects help preserve and protect Topsail Island’s shoreline. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. For the latest updates, we recommend checking the town websites for Topsail Beach, Surf City, or North Topsail Beach. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about potential beach impacts during your stay.

**Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less non refundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.

**Check In Day: *Your rental home allows you to check-in directly at the property. Check-in typically becomes available BETWEEN 4:00 - 6:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as we are notified your rental is ready for check in, we will send you a text message to the number you previously provided. This text will include a hyperlink that will direct to the Property Guide with all your check-in instructions, directions, FAQ's, Wifi info, helpful tips, and most importantly your information on how to gain access to the property. Please understand that all homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue access details and you are not allowed to be at the property until you have received that text message.

**Early check-ins and Late check-outs must be pre-approved and are not allowed if there is a reservation checking out the same day another reservation is checking in. You may contact us the week of your arrival to determine if there is any availability to add an early check in or late check out. There is a fee associated with early check ins and late check outs.

Queen's Grant A-302

Excellent oceanfront condo on the beach. Very clean and wonderful ocean view from the living room and deck. Be prepared to climb three flights of stairs.

Beautiful condo.

Everything about the rental unit was perfect. It was a well maintained and very clean space to spend a week. The views were amazing from both the sound and ocean decks. I would not change a thing about the condo and it’s amenities. Beds are very comfortable and beach was wide with easy access on both sides of the building. Plenty of parking and right across from the pool although it was not yet open. Just far enough from a busier Surf city but close enough to get to restaurants or other activities over the bridge. Just be aware it is on the 3rd floor but that should not deter you from renting this perfect condo. After move in the stairs we’re not a problem for us. And the sunrise and sunsets were amazing as well as the sound of the ocean.

Couldn't be happier

The property was well maintained, you can definitely tell the owners care about the residence. All the little details were perfect. The view from the balcony was perfect. My husband and I watched the sunrise all week and even caught a few dolphin and whale sightings! We hope to stay here again in the future! Thanks for hosting us!

Great Spot, Lots of Stairs

The oceanfront location was great, we loved seeing dolphins play in front of the condo. Layout of the condo worked really well for our family of four, although the top bunk was a little shaky for my 11 year old - so he got the queen bed instead. The 4 flights of stairs were really tough, especially when we were checking in and out - I didn’t see there was not an elevator in the listing. Honestly, we would not have booked top floor if I had. But at least we got lots of steps in each day ;) Our rental came with linens included which was very convenient. One downside was that extra pillowcases were not included for the two extra pillows - which we would have liked to use for the king bed. Two standard pillows on a king bed are just not enough for most couples. Thankfully we had one extra from the top bunk. Another area that could be improved on would be to have an extra king sized blanket for the main bedroom as well as the queen bed. The extras were all twin sized. Lastly, having a hairdryer at the property would be great. The kitchen amenities were well stocked, and the furnishings were all comfortable. A key compliment is that all of the beds were very comfortable. Low, but very comfortable. Overall a great stay at the beach :)

Great location on the beach and perfect condo space.

Comfortable condo and clean. Only negative was the stairs to the third floor- but amazing balcony views. Very responsive management.

Very nice condo. Beautiful beach front property

The A building does not have trash cans underneath the rooms. The trash bins are behind a fence right by the entrance. Be out at 10 promptly. The cleaning ladies show up at that time. Those are not complaints just a heads up because you're not told this by the rental company. You can't go wrong staying here. It's a beautiful place Clean. Nice beds and nicely decorated. We will be back

Got your money's worth

Spacious for 4 adults. Easy walk to the beach. Clean, pretty comfortable beds. The master bedroom got pretty hot once the sun rose each morning...thankful for the ceiling and provided box fan. Easy check in and out. Friendly staff at access realty. Will def rent again.
