Awesome family reunion

The house was amazing and very accommodating for our large family. My 8 grandchildren loved staying in the bunk room together. There was plenty of space to sit down to meals together. Would love to come back!

5 Star - Wonderful Stay

House was great! Plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved having the top floor to them selves. Bedrooms were a good size, comfy beds, plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Pictures were accurate. Elevator was helpful. Would def recommend!

This home has a fantastic floor plan that’s perfect for large families. It offers plenty of space for adults to gather while giving the kids room to spread out and enjoy themselves. The home was exceptionally clean and well maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place to stay

Amazing Vacation Rental

We brought 23 high school seniors and they had a blast! it was everything we could have wanted and more! One suggestion for improvement, have dish soap available and more dish towels.

Great place to stay for families with lots of young kids. We had 3 families and fit comfortably. I would say 4 families would work at the most. The beds were very comfortable. We had a great time at the beach and in the pool. The house is in a complex right on the bike path, no need to cross any busy streets on the way to the beach. We brought bikes with us, but you can also rental them for a reasonable price. There's plenty to do right nearby- mini golf, .

Family Vacation

My entire family had a wonderful time, and really enjoyed our stay. It was spacious enough to fit all of us (and there were 15 of us) very comfortably. It had all the bedrooms we needed. The kids loved the home theater and swimming pool. Yes, we would gladly stay here again. Also, it was close to all shopping centers and restaurants, as well as other entertainment. A bonus was we could walk to the beach. The customer service at Sea Turtle vacation rentals is amazing. You will not be disappointed if you book here.

A great place for multiple families!

We had a fantastic stay! The kids room was a blast with the toys. The movie theater room was a hit, and the pool was clean and refreshing would definitely stay again.

Excellent Family Vacation

We Jan an extended family vacation with 20 people. We very much enjoyed the house and the proximity to the beach and other activities. The house had everything we needed and was a great home base!

Family Fun

Property was a total package. Great amenities and well appointed for both aging grandparents as well as young grandchildren. It was a great vacation.

Great for large group

Amazing Property

We chose to do our annual golf trip in Hilton Head this year and this place was excellent for us. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing and a place to unwind after a long hot day. Plenty of space and easy to access.

We had a great time at the folly field properties! Very clean and organized, as well as great instruction and communication from our hosts. Definitely a place we will look up for future visits to the Island.

Fantastic fall break

It was a wonderful, large property. Pool and hot tub were great. Kitchen was fully stocked. Was very nice having pool towels provided as well. Beds were very comfortable.

Absolutely Fantastic!!

The house is so well appointed and was able to accomodate our group of 11 easily! We had ages ranging from 67 to 6 and there was something for everyone! The pool and hot tub were wonderful! Access to the beach was great. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

Exceptional stay

Perfect in all ways! The home, the amenities, everything is very well thought through to make our stay as comfortable as possible. A big shout out to the staff/management for providing everything that is needed. The pool plus hot tub are the icing on the cake. We enjoyed the trip thoroughly!!!

Wonderful Family Vacation

First time ever all our children and grands spent a week together. The beach was wonderful and the house was perfect. Enough room for everyone to spread out and great gathering areas for entire family. The pool was a huge hit. Great amenities- very thoughtfully organized house.
