Location was ideal with concert center, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Parking was never a problem. Easy access to town. Recommended!

Fantastic Location

Perfect location to walk to the Sun Valley Stadium. It was nice to stay at a condo with so much room for the six of us. Loved the balcony and the option to set up rooms the way we wanted.

Great Location & Lay-Out

Would absolutely recommend 1453. Very short walk to the bus stop to access everything in Ketchum et al. Fully functional kitchen & the 3 bed / 3 bath was key. Only downside is that check-in is clunky - you have to go to an office in Ketchum to get the keys, but overall 9.5/10 would do again.

Only 4 soup spoons in the kitchen, so glad we didn't have 5 people in our group.

Our family came for a figure skating camp for our two kids. Location is a short walk to the SV ice rink. Stay could not have been better!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good value for 3 BR 3 BA. Condo was nice but furniture was not as pictured, we thought we were in the wrong unit when we arrived. Parking was limited and further from the unit than expected.
