Off the dining room area you'll find a beautifully remodeled kitchen with quartz counter tops and brand new stainless steel appliances. Continue through the kitchen and find the first floor bedroom with queen bed. Open the windows and fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the shore. Whether it's through this room, or through the living room doors that face the lake, you'll be pleased to find a beautiful patio and patio set.

The staircase to the upper level opens to a semi-private bedroom with twin beds. Walk through this room to get to the master bedroom complete with a queen bed, TV and newly renovated ensuite bath. The shower was designed with luxury in mind and boasts ceramic tile and a massage shower head system.

The exterior of this home provides a cozy space for laying out in the sun, or playing games with your family. Located just 15 minutes south of Geneva, you'll find yourself in a prime location for wine tasting and local restaurants. 1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
