Beautiful and convenient gulf front, ground floor condo with spectacular beach front views. This NEW to the rental market condo has recently been redecorated. It's located at one of the most popular Orange Beach locations. Enjoy the emerald water and sugar white sands of Orange Beach at "The Breakers". This is a non-smoking unit and very family friendly. The beach is right outside your door. Watch the dolphins cruising by in the mornings.
You just can't beat the location! Three shopping centers and great dining across the street. Beautiful golf courses and marinas all within a couple miles of your door. This convenient ground floor unit has a fantastic beach and pool view right at your doorstep. If you're on the beach and need to run up to the condo, no problem, your door is just steps away. Stay here and eliminate all the hassles of long treks to the beach. We also have another ground floor unit if your party needs more space.

Beautifully redecorated with fresh colorful paint. Spacious (1200 sq ft.) two bedroom, two bath, with queen sofa/sleeper in living area will comfortably sleep six. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen. Linens are provided, but bring your beach towels.

No Singles under 25, No Pets & No Smoking inside the unit.
- Renter must be at least 25 years old, except for married couples.

Family get together

Condo just as described, clean, roomy and especially liked being in the ground floor. Great view and just steps from the beach and pool. Definitely would come back here.

The location to restaurants and stores is great. Cannot beat how close to the beach you are. So easy to go back and forth to room as needed.

Our first visit to the gulf and found this condo checks all the boxes. Very clean, great amenities, and a perfect location on the gulf and Orange Beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for families

Place is perfect for families and friends. Having a yard for kids to play in and the beach is such a nice extra. Condo was great and beds are comfortable. Communication with owner was excellent

Fall vacation

Right on the beach

This property is right on the beach and steps away from the pool. Location to restaurants, grocery, etc is within walking distance. Beach service is available for purchase. Definitely will stay there again.

Great place! We would love to go again!

The layout and over all set up is perfect. Having Bottom floor with walk out to the beach and to the pool is excellent. There's a grassy area to run around and play (we have a toddler who loved it) and the grass cuts down on sand tracking in! The distance to the beach from the condo was super short. We never heard any of the neighbors, although we didn't go peak season. The bedrooms are separated by the bathrooms so you don't even hear your roommates! The dining set is very comfortable and living room is very comfortable. We were 4 adults and 1 toddler and the living space was plenty for the 5 of us. The owner was available and courteous. Almost everything was perfect. We loved this place. The downsides include: Water temperature variances during showers (going from hot to cold throughout a shower). The condo wasn't cleaned well (dirty floors, food left in fridge/ freezer and half eaten crackers in some drawers in kitchen) Any time you use hot water there's a loud pumping sound. It wasn't a big deal at first, but by the end of our trip I was looking forward to leaving and not hearing that sound anymore. The guest room with queen and twin bed is not comfortable. I wouldn't recommend any adults use that room/ or beds. The beds are very loud and hard. We woke each other up throughout the night just when turning from one side to another. I would still recommend this condo. Next time we won't have 2 couples though, so we won't need to use the guest room for adults.
