Property was exactly as pictured and described. The host was easy to communicate with and response time was quick. I would suggest working on the air conditioning as it would only get below 71 degrees after 2 am. The mattress in the guest bedroom could use mattress toppers, as the mattress felt very worn when lying in it. The condo was clean except we found a razor cover on the drain in one shower and then eye lashes on the floor by the nightstand. The guest bathtub drains very slowly and you stand in water as soon as you get into the shower. The over all breakers location is very well located but could use a sign at the entrance as we passed it up a couple of times. The pool was cleaned daily and the elevator (even though only 1) goes very fast and you don’t have to wait for it long. Now our issues we did not address with the host while there as we didn’t want to deal with it while there and it didn’t cause us to not enjoy our trip. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well equipped. Randall took great care of us. Couldn’t have been any nicer. There are just 32 Units here so it is not overcrowded.

Great family vacation

We had a great time staying at this condo! It provided everything we needed for our family of five! The host was very responsive to the questions we had. The kids had a great time at the beach and the pool. Very close to everything you need for your stay! Would stay here again!!

Great Stay

Great location, beds were comfortable, nice balcony and view. Enjoyed easy access to beach. The beach chairs, umbrella's, and toys were nice to have. Large parking lot.

Great location, comfy beds, owner very responsive. The only suggestion I would make is to add a rug at the front door to help prevent sand/dirt being brought in and also the pots and pans are pretty rough and scratched up, make sure you bring some kind of nonstick with you . This is definitely a place we would stay again.

Communication with owner was great. He even let us know we could check in early. Condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we need. Beds were super comfy. Just steps from the beach. Close to grocery store, shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.
