Great location! It slept 5 adults very comfortably. Beautifully decorated and spacious enough that we were not in each other’s way. The beds were very comfortable, there was extra bedding for the sofa bed with plenty of towels, kitchen is stocked with all of the cookware and utensils and it has a huge balcony with a BBQ pit. This is where I will be staying for all of my future trips to New Braunfels!

My family and I had an absolutely fantastic time. The home is clean and has everything you need, the property is amazing and the river access is a massive plus. Great location and the hosts are helpful and communicate very effectively. Can’t wait to stay again!

Great stay!

Our stay at this condo was amazing! The listing was very accurate and the property was very clean. The updates were very nice too. The location is great to go float the comal and go downtown. The couch and beds were comfy as well. We will definitely be back!

Girls Weekend

Lots of activities near by, the pools and hot tubs were great. Not crowded in September. Tubing the comal river was a lot of fun.

Great condo in a quiet but convenient neighborhood

This condo was our home away from home for 5 nights. It was immaculate and has lovely furnishings. It is located in a peaceful area that was very close to all that New Braunfels has to offer-from restaurants to shopping to entertainment. We definitely want to stay here again.

Father/Daughter River Run

The property was clean and comfortable. The location was well maintained and very well appointed. We really enjoyed our visit to New Braunfels. The Condo was centrally located to all of the activities that NB has to offer. I would stay here again.

Great Place!

The location was great and the condo was just what we needed. We had two adults, two teenagers, a ten year old and a 4 year old and everyone was happy! If we needed anything, the host was quick to reply!

Comfortable Condo for Multi-Generation Family Stay

We were visiting friends who live in New Braunfels, and this condo was a very comfortable stay for my mother, husband, daughter, & I. We enjoyed having 2 full bathrooms and in unit washer/dryer. Only a 5 minute drive into town and about 2 minute drive to Schlitterbahn made it very convenient.

The condo is beautiful and clean. Beds are comfortable. The hosts thought of everything. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need including coffee pods and grounds and little creamer pods in the fridge. The pullout bed is the most comfortable I've ever laid on. There's a white noise machine in both bedrooms which is so thoughtful. The decor and colors in this condo are so beautiful. The pool behind the condo is pretty small but the second pool down by the river is much bigger and didn't have a bunch of it's in it. The Guadalupe river at the back of the property is so beautiful and the giant cypress along it are magical. The Wi-Fi worked great. The TVs are big and are all smart TVs so you can watch your streaming services. The balcony is very large and overlooks the front pool to the side. There's plenty of seating on the balcony with two umbrellas for shade. The only thing I recommend is the host giving the code to the pool as part of the check-in process. I don't remember seeing it before messaging and asking for it but they got back with me very quickly and provided it. We would definitely stay here again if we ever visit New Braunfels again.
