Thank you for the review and noting the condo is lovely, newly renovated and beautiful! This is the first comment on a noise issue we've encountered with these condos, during your stay the owner of the unit above you was down with numerous family members, including many small children and this may have increased the activity/noise to out of the ordinary levels. We will be putting pads on the chairs to cut down on their noise. Thank you again and if needed we'll supply the sound machines:)

Thank you very much for the review and your observations. We are happy that you enjoyed the layout of the unit and how beautiful it is. The owner has gone to great lengths on the remodel(last year) to offer one of the premier properties on the Islands'. We are also happy that you found the condo has everything you needed to be comfortable(except the beds). We have let the owner know your thoughts and he will take this into consideration. It is true that this unit may or may not have oils and spices as noted in your check-in instructions, we do like to leave high quality, useful spices etc in the unit but it's not something that is necessarily provided/guaranteed. You and all the owner's in the complex agree that this complex needs work on the exterior! That is why, currently, the complex is shut down and the exterior is undergoing a comprehensive remodel. Every area of the exterior of the building is being addressed from the garages, storage units, stairwells, walkways etc will look like new! This is a significant undertaking that will last approximately 10 weeks and will be completed by late October, 2016. With regards to your beach items that went missing, we are extremely sorry if we did not handle this to your satisfaction. We contacted everyone that may have serviced any of the units during your stay, including but not limited to the management company that is responsible for the exterior of the complex, the other rental company with units in the complex, cleaners and maintenance. Our intensive research confirmed that no one associated with the complex had anything to do with the disappearance of your beach equipment(as you mentioned a large amount of beach equipment that we supply to all of our guests was still present). At this point we contacted the police to report your beach equipment missing and they let us know that the owner of the missing items needed to report the incident. We recommended you do this. We followed up with you after your departure and asked if you had any success locating the items and to let you know that we revisited the site to see if the items showed up(and checked the beach) but didn't hear back. Again, we are sorry if you felt our response was not adequate. We worked very hard to get to the bottom of this and sorry we were unsuccessful. We hope you will see this as the isolated case it is and come back to enjoy what is one of, if not the, premier complex on the Islands'. In the meantime, we will strive to ensure
