This spacious townhome is part of ten exclusive sites that sits on the Kalamazoo Lake and is just a short walk to downtown Saugatuck. This rental includes pool access and great views of the harbor. Exquisitely designed and constructed with 9′ ceilings & oversized windows to allow lots of natural light inside this beautiful home. The two decks & great room fireplace enhance the living experience no matter what the outside conditions are. The open concept living area includes a fully stocked kitchen with granite island, Keurig coffee pot, and a comfortable dining & living space with access to a large deck. This two story rental features a master bedroom & bathroom as well as an additional two bedrooms, full bathroom & half bathroom to complete this stunning, walk-to-town vacation rental!

Summer family time

We have stayed here a couple of years ago, so we knew what to expect. Plenty of room, clean, comforts of home. The kids love the pool! We cooked in plenty. We walked to downtown. Did the dune ride, mini golf, Oval Beach. Located close to everything including a grocery store. Highly recommend this condo for your next vacation!

Beautiful view!

We came to Saugatuck and got married at Virtue Cider. The place is beautiful and the views were spectacular. Easy walk to downtown and quick drive to Oval Beach and Douglas.

Perfect Location

This location is perfect - right between Saugatuck and Douglas. We rented bikes and got to everything we wanted to do. 5 minute walk to downtown Saugatuck. The property is very well kept and clean in a quiet community. Check in and check out were super easy. We had 5 people and that was about the most you could have (2 in bunk beds).

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was clean and cozy. We loved that our patio opened to the courtyard with pool. The view was beautiful of the Lake. It has everything we needed for our stay. The only nitpicking would be they could use more patio furniture, like a table, and a grill! Overall we enjoyed our experience and would stay there again in the future!

Family vacation

We loved our stay! We came with our parents and our children. There was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the walk to everything downtown. We loved the pool. The beds were comfortable. We had a great stay and would stay again!

This was a beautiful and clean place to stay. In a great location!

Beautiful

Great place to stay with a family. Great view! The doors squeaked a bit so if you were trying to sneak outside when the kids were sleeping it was difficult. No other complaints and would go again!

Great experience

We very much enjoyed our time. Arrival/check-in was seamless. The place was clean, comfortable, and provided great access to downtown Saugatuck as well as a nice view of the harbor. We would certainly consider coming back.

Perfect get away from the city!

Our three night stay in Saugatuck was the perfect getaway from the city. The townhouse was clean, cozy and the perfect way to spend time with family for the holiday weekend. The fireplace provided a place to gather for games and a warm up after a brisk walk from town. The view from all the windows was one of calm and provided a wonderful view of the sunset on a chilly evening. We will definitely visit again- next time taking advantage of the water and pool in the warmer months. Thanks Kevin!

Great location and comfortable stay

We enjoyed the property's proximity to town and loved the walk to shops, meals, and more. The condo was just as described and when we noticed there was no dishwasher soap, the property manager brought us a few tabs to get us through the weekend. The views from the porch/balcony were lovely and we very much enjoyed the stay.

nice & convenient

Beautiful property and very convenient for walking to town. The pool added a nice extra for the kids. My husband even tried to fish in the river right off the property. would definitely rent again.
