Charming pet friendly residence nestled in the heart of Cayucos! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home spans two stories, offering captivating ocean vistas from the famous Studio Drive. Situated just steps away from the shoreline, enjoy convenient public access right across the street. The main floor features a spacious king-size bedroom equipped with a TV, a well-appointed bathroom boasting a tub/shower combination, and convenient indoor laundry facilities. Ascend to the second floor to discover another inviting bedroom outfitted with a queen-size bed, accompanied by its own TV and bathroom. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials for your culinary endeavors, while a patio balcony provides a serene spot for al fresco dining with breathtaking ocean views extending from the kitchen and living room. The home is beautifully decorated with sea accents to make your visit feel relaxing and rejuvenating. With a 2-car attached garage and an expansive yard adorned with tables, a BBQ, and a fire pit, outdoor entertaining is a delight in this beautifully landscaped haven. Pet-friendly accommodations are available. Plus, enjoy the convenience of included utilities, cable with WiFi, and flat-screen TVs throughout the home.

Rental Rates: Rates vary depending on dates, season, and length of stay. Please use the inquiry table located on the page in the upper right hand corner to get a quote for the dates you are interested in booking. Summer and holiday dates may require 7 night minimum. You have the option to choose the Property Protection Plan or a Security Deposit Hold please see more details below:

1) $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan: covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages. (This option is automatically generated in quotes)

2)$3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

Great Beach House!

Wonderful, cozy and convenient home to enjoy the beach, Cayucos and SLO. Beachside Rentals were communicative and helpful before, during and after our stay. We really liked the sunset views from the balcony and the access to a fun beach. The town of Cayucos had a delicious bakery and finding Hidden Kitchen (not too hard) was a treat! Highly recommended!

Perfect Getaway!

We came to escape the heat, this lovely home was right on the money. Very comfortable for two people or four if couples share, each bedroom has its own bathroom. The side yard was perfect for hosing ourselves and the dog off when coming in from the sandy beach - right across the street. Very sweet home is nicely decorated, we enjoyed our stay!

Lovely beach stay

A wonderful family vacation just a few steps to the beach! Clean house and has everything you need. We had some ants but the property manager helped us take care of it

Great house and location!

Our house was great! Nicely decorated and right across the street from public beach access. The second floor living area needs to be considered for those with mobility issues however it was perfect for us as we had a nice view of the ocean.

Great beach access

The property is a hidden gem, it is about a mile and a half outside of town. The house has a great beach access which is across the street. it is also pet friendly which is what we needed. The upstairs has a nice balcony and everything you need to have a great stay. we enjoyed the house and would definitely stay again. It was a very convenient check in and out.

Nice little house in a perfect location!

The house is nice and clean and very comfortable. It is located directly across the street from the beach. It was super convenient to both Cayucos and Morro Bay. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back.

Great Cayucos Stay

We had a quick 3 night stay. The house is in a great location and, as advertised, is steps from the beach. Everything about the house is clean and works well. The host, Pat, was communicative and easy to work with. I’d definitely stay here again!

Clean property with gorgeous views! Step out on the balcony for gorgeous views. Perfect place for family and fur babies to play on the beach. Will make this our regular spot!

Amazing Beachfront Stay

We loved everything about this beachside stay. We went on long walks on the beach each day. Beds and bedding were comfy and soft. Kitchen had everything we needed. We used the grill and firepit. So nice to have an upstairs and downstairs fridge. The large garage was a nice perk. We hope to stay here again as the accommodations and location can’t be beat!

Cayucos home

We had a wonderful time in the 4 days we stayed in this lovely home. There is coastal access across from the front yard. The home is well stocked and so charming. Pat was an incredible host and very easy to work with. I will definitely be back again.

Always a great escape to the beach

We have stayed here a few times and it is always an easy process, a nice place to stay and a relaxing trip. So convenient across the street from the beach stairs for long walks on the beach! We appreciate the new BBQ, microwave and dishwasher as we at in for most of our meals.

Fabulous ocean side stay with man’s best friend!

Owner was extremely accessible and responsive. Had a fabulous stay! Well equipped home and close to beach. Very enjoyable and can hear the ocean out the main living area. Dog friendly and adaptable.

Great location

Property is just across a quiet residential street from the ocean. Nice two bedroom with kitchen and one bedroom on second floor. Home is well maintained and comfortable.

Great beach escape

Across the street from the beach, this is a great escape for my husband, daughter and I, along with our dogs, just 2 hours from home! We are repeat visitors and appreciated the new dishwasher, microwave and pots and pans!

Beautiful Sunsets and steps from the beach

This is a nice property in a small neighborhood. When we first rented this house I expected that the beach access was not going to be as advertised, but the access it literally across a street and you are literally, "steps from the beach." The sunsets were amazing and you can see the Morro Bay rock from the balcony. And of course we enjoyed our time in Cayucos, Cambria, Morro Bay and downtown SLO. We had a minor issue with the toilet, and the property management company sent a handyman over within 30 minutes and it was fixed. We really appreciated how quickly they got back to us.

Relaxing Stay

We love this place! The 2nd level living space, clean, light and open, provides for a beautiful view. A spectacular sunset can be seen from there or on the beach which has an access entry right across the street. The house has everything we need, inside and out. We are repeat renters, and look forward to future trips to the house and this beautiful area.
