Charming pet friendly residence nestled in the heart of Cayucos! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home spans two stories, offering captivating ocean vistas from the famous Studio Drive. Situated just steps away from the shoreline, enjoy convenient public access right across the street. The main floor features a spacious king-size bedroom equipped with a TV, a well-appointed bathroom boasting a tub/shower combination, and convenient indoor laundry facilities. Ascend to the second floor to discover another inviting bedroom outfitted with a queen-size bed, accompanied by its own TV and bathroom. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials for your culinary endeavors, while a patio balcony provides a serene spot for al fresco dining with breathtaking ocean views extending from the kitchen and living room. The home is beautifully decorated with sea accents to make your visit feel relaxing and rejuvenating. With a 2-car attached garage and an expansive yard adorned with tables, a BBQ, and a fire pit, outdoor entertaining is a delight in this beautifully landscaped haven. Pet-friendly, bring your furry friend (woof woof) at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
Plus, enjoy the convenience of included utilities, cable with WiFi, and flat-screen TVs throughout the home.
Please note: You may notice some traffic noise during your stay, as the home backs up to Highway 1. Noise levels can vary depending on traffic flow, season, and overall road usage.

Rental Rates: Rates vary depending on dates, season, and length of stay. Fantastic beach stay option

We have stayed at this property several times and plan to continue coming back. We love the pet friendly opportunity and the fenced in outdoor area. Appreciate the close access to the community stairs. It is clean and well appointed. The garage space is a plus also.

I would say the only real complaint is that the rollaway bed for the fifth adult is not made for an adult. We had to go buy an air mattress.It is the worst rollaway bed. I think a large child would have trouble sleeping on it. But other than that, everything was excellent

Perfect !

Such a lovely home with a perfect yard, ocean views, relaxing patio, comfortable furnishings, and beach access directly across the street. We could not have been happier with our choice for our vacation stay. The dogs loved it too!

very dog friendly

The house is 2 levels with somewhat steep stairs. The stairs are covered in a pho wood that is a bit slippery for the dog and because of this we slept downstairs. The bed was perfect just the right hardness. Bath room is not in the bedroom so you had to go out in the hall to access it. Everything worked quite well, TV's, microwave, coffee pot, oven, stove top ( 6 burners ) and barbecue. Perfect location in-between Cayucos and Morro Bay. Hwy 1 is behind the house but we didn't really hear the traffic. You can get to the very dog friendly beach right across the street with steep stairs and I managed with my walking stick. You could park in the garage with a regular size car but not a truck. The yard is fenced and perfect for dogs to use. There is an empty lot next door which the surfers park in early morning. We'll probably be back.

Wonderful girlfriend and dogs getaway!

This was my second visit at Steps to the Beach. Both trips were wonderful! The home was clean, organized, comfortable, open, and perfect spot for a beach getaway. Super dog friendly. They even had a pup basket, in which my dog was beyond himself excited to find a toy in! Very friendly and reliable communication. Will definitely be back!!!

The property was beautiful, Pat was very responsive, and the beach is beautiful and, as advertised, only steps away. We had a great time and hope to return.

Nice little house in a perfect location!

The house is nice and clean and very comfortable. It is located directly across the street from the beach. It was super convenient to both Cayucos and Morro Bay. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back.

Clean property with gorgeous views! Step out on the balcony for gorgeous views. Perfect place for family and fur babies to play on the beach. Will make this our regular spot!

Great Beach House!

Wonderful, cozy and convenient home to enjoy the beach, Cayucos and SLO. Beachside Rentals were communicative and helpful before, during and after our stay. We really liked the sunset views from the balcony and the access to a fun beach. The town of Cayucos had a delicious bakery and finding Hidden Kitchen (not too hard) was a treat! Highly recommended!

Perfect Getaway!

We came to escape the heat, this lovely home was right on the money. Very comfortable for two people or four if couples share, each bedroom has its own bathroom. The side yard was perfect for hosing ourselves and the dog off when coming in from the sandy beach - right across the street. Very sweet home is nicely decorated, we enjoyed our stay!
