Rental rates will remain unchanged, and we will not offer refunds or rate adjustments due to the elevator being out of service.**

Exceeded expectations

The condo is perfectly, comfortably furnished. Well equipped kitchen. Clean. It is one of the few high rise buildings that you don’t have to cross the busy street to access the beach. It was only about a mile from the busier area of the beach, groceries etc..the building itself is a little older but the condo is updated. Nice secure pool area, parking and gated access to the beach. It felt safe. This unit is situated so you have a perfect view of the water and morning sun. I would definitely stay again. They do not provide beach towels, just a heads up. Found some at Walmart for $5

Minimal lodging

The unit, while well located, lacked some essentials, such as paper towels, napkins and dish cloths and towels. It was too small for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The listing shows 2 bd and 2 ba, but there was only one shower. Very tight accommodations, but the listing showed "sleeps 8". That would have been a disaster. Not sure where to put the folded-up dining table because there was no room and no chairs. Patio only sat 4, which needed to be explained in the listing. The unit was clean, but very minimal for our group. Listing showed $331/night. We stayed 3 nights and the total was over $2,000. Not value for money. And...why was the pool heated in July??? Very uncomfortable.

Outstanding in every way!

Location! It was beautiful. Right on the beach. Views from living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The furniture and decor wonderful. The kitchen was very well appointed. Everything clean and working.

Gorgeous view and right on the beach

Very nice apartment with wrap around balcony. Furniture is a little dated but clean property and very nice management. Problem because key did not work properly and we had to keep getting manager to fix lock. A problem since no management after 5pm. Pool and hot tub are wonderful and location is convenient to town but quieter. Otherwise great and we will most likely rent again.
