Perfect beach-front condo

We just returned from a summer week at this condo, which proved perfect for our family vacation. It is very nicely renovated and appointed. We loved the location on the ground floor with patio opening up to a grassy space, where our kids loved to play, and to the beach access for easy trips up and back. We will definitely be returning!

Great Condo

We love this condo! The location is great. We had a problem with the tv but maintenance was prompt in getting it taken care of. I believe the maintenance persons name was mark and he was very nice and helpful. Hope to be back next year.

Five Star

This was a very comfortable and tastefully decorated unit in a great location for easy beach access. Beach view is still good from the ground level, plus we could use the patio during the hottest part of the day and avoid the sun.

The property and everyone I dealt with was wonderful. We had a great time except for one thing. The pool was awful. It was full of leaves and needed vacuuming the whole week. I Complained to an answering service that promised they'd have someone call me back, but I never heard from anyone. I saw someone check the chemical levels the next day, but the bottom of the pool stayed full of leaves. At least put a screen skimmer out so guest can get the leaves out.

Our stay in 602

Just want u to know: place is very clean, quite comfortable , not the best stocked kitchen but dueable. Now negative ; they could replace the screen in the slider, the clock in master is quite amusing it shows time BUT not correct time seems minute button is not functional , perhaps it could be time to have chairs and couch restuffed. They look great but when you sit you almost feel the springs! I too have a rental condo in Pinehurst NC and I just had my sofa restuffed and wow what a big difference. And perhaps it's time to replace coffee pot. Other than that stuff we really like the place. And as long as we can be reasonable on the price we will be back as often as we possibly can. Thanks so much for a great month.

Everything was as expected. Inviting and comfortable. Location is very convenient and easy to access. Overall , it was the best experience we've had so far.

Four Star

Loved the way the place was decorated and the furniture was extremely comfortable. We were missing some lightbulbs in the master bath and the drain had some issues that caused it to overflow a couple times. The four of us only got one washcloth —for all of us. the sliding glass door was quite difficult. My mother could not have opened it. Everything was great -just sharing a few of these things because how else would you know! We had a great time -thank you!!

Perfect beach spot

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It is the perfect location for a beach trip with our children and so close to the beach boardwalk and pool. It has been updated with new interior decor and is very neat and clean. Overall, the condo was lovely, and we would definitely come back.

Enjoyable stay

We had a very nice stay at 602 Sailmaker. It was comfortable and just what we needed. The only thing that was needed and missing was a potholder, as we cooked alot.

Good stay

Nice place to stay right on the beach. Loved the grass common area and beach was wonderful. Water main broke while there(off 30 hrs) but some money refunded which helped. A couple of lights/lamps were broken or dim, but nothing that would make us not want to come back.

Loved this place

The accommodations were amazing! Love this renovation and the new furniture etc. so pretty, well done! Clean! The kitchen is missing lots of cooking items. There was only one pot and it's a bigger one. It seems like there are just a bunch of random cookware and utensils. I was lucky I didn't have to cook much or I would have been very frustrated. When we arrived….there was no dish soap, no kitchen towels. The queen bedroom had no soap….and both bathrooms had small partial toilet paper rolls. We arrived late and were waiting to make a grocery run until the next day, so it was disappointing that we didn't have everything we needed. Would love to rent again one day and will hope the amenities will be complete.

Great property!

Convenient beach and pool access. It was very clean and adequately furnished. The property manager is local and was very helpful. The light over the dining table was very dim but was not an issue for us, really. WiFi access was easy and was a fast internet service, allowed my kids to enjoy a few games at night while they were winding down. We will ask for this particular unit when we visit again. I give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Wonderful Rental

We recently stayed in Sailmaker 602. It was wonderful to be able to come right off the beach and go directly to the back patio. Normally we try to stay away from the bottom floor units because we feel "cramped" but this unit provided ample room for our family.

Beautiful location and a wonderful space

It was clean, pretty, a very enjoyable space. Some of the lights in the unit were very dim, almost not working at all, and there was only a pool card for us, no gate card. All in all it was a wonderful stay, the beds are very comfortable the little patio facing the beach is beautiful. It is right near the boardwalk and has a great view. Its a beautiful space, and we would recommend it to everyone.

Family gathering at last!

602 is a tastefully decorated & relaxing unit in family & dog friendly Sailmaker! We found everything needed to have a great trip visiting with extended family in other units. Ocean views were beautiful and the grandchildren were able to run across the “huge yard” to our unit! We will be back!
