Jeff was very good with communicating and making sure everything went smooth. The place was amazing, very clean and had everything we needed! The master bed was so comfortable! Great location with lots of cool hidden gems within walking distance and a short drive to downtown! Would def stay here again!

The house was fantastic! We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable and had so many thoughtful little extras that made a big difference. From the keurig pods to the shampoo, conditioner and other essentials, the host clearly went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. It's those little details that people don't always think about but are so appreciated when traveling. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

This is a beautiful property. Lots of stairs but we handled that fine. The rooftop is perfect. My only comment would be the bath and kitchen countertops could use a good clean. Also we are game players so we would’ve loved a table in the common area. But we really enjoyed it! Would stay there again.

Great experience booking with Jeff. Communication and check in was smooth and easy. Townhouse was exactly as described and great location to downtown. Bonus was a bathroom to each bedroom. Will definitely be back!

This was the perfect spot for our trip with two other couples! Everyone had their own bathroom and we loved the rooftop! The bidets are a nice extra touch ;-)The location is perfect for quick Ubers to downtown and we enjoyed a nice walk to Germantown. Jeffrey was wonderful to deal with - recommend this place for sure!

This property was the perfect location for a girls’ weekend. The beds were comfortable, the house was well appointed and the rooftop was a lovely spot to drink our morning coffee! Communication was great and really appreciated the house guide which was provided ahead of our stay. Would definitely rent this property again!

Great Stay!

This place was perfect! The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect and it was a short UBER to Broadway. We will definitely stay here again!

Guys trip

Great place very clean and everything that we needed to have a good time was pretty much there. Beds are super comfortable as well. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family.

This townhouse was wonderful and convenient. The kitchen was well equipped, there were plenty of towels, and the beds were comfortable. It was very easy to get in and out of downtown. Parking was easy when we took the car out, but we also Ubered, and the stadium is an easy walk. There were lots of good restsurants in walking distance too. Our host, Jeffrey, was very responsive and friendly. You should stay here.

Everything was perfect!

Property was accurately described, host could not have been more accommodating. Great location ( walking distance from town if you like to walk!) and great communication with host. We had a blast and were very comfortable there!

Great Propert

There were 3 adult couples and we enjoyed this property. It is very convenient that each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The location is close to Nissan stadium and Broadway which was great for our trip.

Beautiful and convenient

Jeffrey was very accommodating and the house was very beautiful and spacious enough for all of us. We were close to pretty much everything we had wanted to see in Nashville.

Great Location

This home is just a short walk to five points and a short Uber ride to broadway. The owner was absolutely wonderful in accommodating all our questions before our trip. House was just as advertised and very clean. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Nashville.

Excellent location to East Nashville and short Uber to Broadway. Plenty of space for the 7 of us women to get ready for each day of adventure.

Great Stay In Nashville

Location is perfect, just a short Uber ride down to Broadway and the fun. Condo was very nice, spacious/clean rooms, nice kitchen and sitting area to hang out in while you wait for everyone to get ready. We enjoyed the rooftop in the mornings for our coffee. We would absolutely stay here again when we come through Nashville.

Great Nashville spot!

We loved Jeffery’s place. From the checkin to leaving, Jeffery offered so much help! The condo is very close to broadway (1.5 miles) but far enough for some quiet. You can easily get an Uber or scooter downtown. There’s a few good restaurants & coffee spots within walkable distance. The condo was clean, spacious and we loved the rooftop views!
