Come to beautiful Gulf Shores and enjoy the many conveniences of home but with a much better view in this 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. It comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 queens and 1 king. The unit is located on the third floor with elevator access or an easy walk up the stairs. It has FREE wireless Internet and a well stocked kitchen. The living area, and the bedrooms are quite spacious. There is a private balcony with a spectacular view of the pool, and the beach. Don't miss out on the convenience of this great property! Sister property 203 is also available for rent. This is a Non-Smoking~Pet Free unit. There is no washer and dryer in the unit but there is a laundry room available on each of the 3 levels. The cost is $1.50 per load and take debit or credit cards. There is covered and outside parking areas so parking should never be a problem. Parking is $50/car. There is a large common area with built in grills are your disposal. Beach chairs & umbrellas are available for rent on the Beach during the summer season. Come visit the lovely beach town of Gulf Shores, Alabama! It is a much loved spot for families and friends. Enjoy the many restaurants, entertainment, and shopping options. Great location

Condo was super clean! Perfect for our family. Location was amazing, loved the Italian restaurant across the street. Only problem the VRBO site said the amenities included a hot tub and that was not the case, but wasn’t a deal breaker for us.

Excellent trip

The Condo was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. We loved staying at the beach without a lot of people around. We would definitely go back.

Gulf shores family trip

This was our first trip to stay in this condo, second trip to gulf shores and staying at Southern Sands. We loved this condo! It was perfect for our family of 5, plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable! Kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. You can’t beat the location. Only complaint I had, was we did run out of bath towels pretty quickly and had to do a load of laundry but wasn’t a big deal! Also, had to grab more toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. So if you’re staying here, maybe bring extra! (: other than that, all in all 10/10 recommend!

Surprise Birthday Trip

It was a last minute birthday trip for my daughter and it was perfect. The condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. It was right on the beach with a great pool for cooling off after being in the sun all day. The owner was awesome to work with and was very accommodating! We will definitely be returning!

A Family Gathering

The best deal on the beach. Dead in the middle of everything Beach View! Private Pool and Private Parking. No packed 20 floor condos with one elevator. This is a big deal for me. The condo was perfect. 2 Bedrooms. My Sister & My brother in law came down and they stayed in the 2nd room. We had more than enough room! Great WiFi. I did have to do some work and this was a great help. We had a smart TV in the den. So we could watch our Netflix & other TV apps without any trouble. If you really want to have some fun, call Pelican Boat rentals in Orange Beach. We rented a pontoon and spent all Saturday riding around in the inter coastal going to FloraBama, Pirates Cove and all the fun Spots. We had the best vacation. Great communication with owner, Susan Borden is an Absolute Angel! We will definitely be coming back. Already looking at going back in August! If you are like me and you have looked at 100 places and you aren’t sure. TRUST ME!! This is the place!

Spring Break Vacation

Brought my kids down for Spring Break. First time visiting Gulf Shores. Beautiful place to stay. Very clean, everything we needed to fix breakfast and dinners. Perfect location. Walking distance for shopping and eating. Beach was beautiful! Definitely would stay here again.

Fall Break

Property was perfect for what we needed. It would have been nice for the pool to be heated but not a deal breaker. Able to walk to many restaurants.

Great place on the beach. Close to shopping, and lots of places to eat. Our girls came in runners up in the Alabama usa softball world series. Lucky condo!!!

Very comfortable and homey!

Some of the most comfortable bedding we have ever slept on condo was very nice. Always enjoy the white sands in Gulf Shores. Enjoyed our stay we plan on coming back.

Fabulous stay again!

We love this condo and this unit! Neat, clean, kitchen stocked, and the double beds are great for teens. We always stay here. Close to everything and some venues to walking. Great owner contact and communication ❤️

Southern Sands 301

The condo was very good. The view of the Gulf, although not huge, was captivating. We often sat on the balcony. The waves had many patterns, I would say. It was fantastic. We did find it a little pricey after checking other condos in that same area. We also saw very little cleaning in the hallways, etc. What looked like dog poo was there for several days, as well as what certainly looked like bird droppings and feathers on the steps!! My real disappointment was that the pool wasn’t heated. Our neighbors on both sides enjoyed their pools on every nice day. Only 6 times in 2 months did I see people in our pool & all but once, it was kids. I made myself get in one day and I had to get right back out. It was awful! My response to the first question about cleanliness, I rated it 5 because I was meaning the condo itself.

Great location.

Rental was pretty much as described. Location was great. We stayed toward Fort Morgan on our first trip to GS. Preferred the Southern Sands location. The condo itself was fine. The elevator at the property was sketchy, but we never got stuck in it. Be sure to bring hangers with you.

Gulf Shores in July

We really enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores. This condo has a partial but sufficient view of the beach over the pool area. It is conveniently located to restaraunts, entertainment & shopping. The entire family loved the trip & location.

Awesome time at Gulf Shores

Everything about renting the property went smoothly. The premiere host was very nice and easy to work with. We stayed 4 nights and 4 days and enjoyed every bit of it. Will definitely be going back again.

Home away from Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Condo …. It was the perfect size for a family of 4! The location was amazing and the short walk to the beach was just what we wanted ! Susan was a joy to work with . The condo was exactly as it was described - no surprises ! We would most definitely stay again!

A great experience

We like the size of the condo unit and the development. Everything has been newly renovated. We enjoy the fact that there aren’t the number of people staying there that the larger condo developments seem to have. There are several good restaurants ad stores located within walking distance of the condo.

Love the smallness of the 18 unit complex which means the beaches are never crowded and there is ample parking. Numerous restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance. The complex is family friendly and snowbirds are welcome!
