When you first walk in, you will feel that peaceful, relaxing feeling of being away from it all. This is more than a location, it's a destination!
This gorgeous corner unit is the perfect place to watch the westward sunset along the undeveloped, white sands of the Gulf Coast, while sipping evening cocktails on the balcony. Unwind and relax to the sound of the ocean waves and calming views of undisturbed shoreline. It's a nature lover's delight!
The condo is very tastefully decorated and completely equipped with all the quality furnishings you would find looking through Coastal Living Magazine. The gorgeous kitchen features granite countertops, and a large island with breakfast bar and stools perfect for entertaining! The living room has a comfortable sofa, and four stylish chairs, a flat screen TV, and an incredible wall of windows for you to enjoy the amazing views. The dining area has a wet bar and a large dining table, though if your prefer your meals 'al fresco' there is a further dining table out on the balcony for your enjoyment.

The first guest bedroom has a king-size bed and connecting bathroom with single vanity and tiled shower. The second guest bedroom has two queen beds. This guest bathroom has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The unit has a full washer and dryer.

The parking fee will be paid directly to the Wind Drift Association and their office will provide a gate code for your stay.**
*Boat Parking: Please let us know when you book if you are interested in boat parking. These spaces are limited and the Wind Drift Association requires boat registration and documents to be complete no less than 7 days prior to check-in. Please note if a reservation is made and check-in is less than 7 days from booking, the reservation is ineligible for boat parking. Decals: $50/day for boat/trailer parking or $300/week + $50 service fee. You may tie it up to a boat slip, but they are first come first served. If all slips are all taken when you pull back up, you will have to take the boat out of the water. When you fill out the require documents by HOA, that will reserve a spot for the boat and trailer, as they are limited to the number. There are no refunds, unless mandatory evacuation.
**Snowbird Monthly Parking Rate: $150 Per Month
