Fantastic location and a beautiful house. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and worth a stay in itself! The house was very well-maintained inside and also very well equipped.Arrival and departure instructions were clear and simple, so really no complaints at all.

We have really enjoyed our stay. This place is spacious, new/like-new, clean, well-maintained, easy to get to, and very comfortable! The large deck with both dining and lounging furniture, along with a swing seat is perfect for enjoying the the outside space with distant views of the coastline. Just 15 minutes or so from the airport and Kailua-Kona. No complaints, issues or suggestions for improvement!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! As many have stated already, the porch and its view are the highlight, but the entire place was clean, cozy, and we'll equipped. It was the perfect location for exploring the island.

Excellent communication from the agent, and beautiful location for our stay. My daughters and I were on the west side of the island for an extra few days and found this location. It was peaceful and picturesque, and we enjoyed several fun days in this location. Easy access to downtown Kona and the surrounding areas, and beautiful views to the ocean from the high elevation. Very minor snafu with the internet on arrival, but the agent worked quickly with repair folks to get it resolved.

Would stay here again. The setting was superb. The wall of sliding door windows and lanai were fantastic. The place was spotless and the host was quick to respond.

The views were AMAZING and everything was up to date and very clean. It felt so peaceful as if we were in a tropical wonderland! We would absolutely come here again!

We stayed 4 nights and explored various Kona-side beaches and hikes from this location each day. Exactly as pictured and described. We would definitely stay again if returning to the Big Island.

The place is large, airy, and bright, with a large porch (with swing seat!) offering spectacular views of the Kona coast. Inspire of some unforeseen circumstances, the host made every efforts to communicate with us and to arrange alternate help to have the place ready for us. The apartment is close to the airport as well as the only Costco store on the island. Enjoyed our stay!

This property was perfect. Everything was clean and we had just what we needed. The most amazing part was the large porch/deck where we relaxed and played card games. Beautiful view!!!Check-in super easy. Excellent communication from host. Super comfortable beds. Everything clean.I only have one suggestion and this is an easy fix and is not meant to be negative at all. The shower could use a mat, something grippy because the bath tub was extremely slippery. We ended up laying out a hand towel to stand on to prevent falling. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend!
