The newly remodeled direct oceanfront condo has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and a private balcony, which offers breathtaking ocean views!!! Image yourself relaxing on the beach watching the ocean unfurl while the breeze nourishes your soul. Your mind is at ease, just nature at its best.
As you walk-in, the wood like vinyl floors creates a sense of openness. The décor is nautical with creative touches. The new living room furniture has a recliner leather sofa, a leather recliner chair, a 50-inch smart TV and WIFI. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, new cabinetry, stainless steel refrigerator with an ice machine, glass top stove and oven, microwave, and plenty of kitchenware to create your family meals. With families in mind, the dining table seats six.
The master bedroom features a king size bed with an ocean view, smart TV, walk-in closet, private bathroom with a marble countertop and a bathtub. The guest bedroom has a king size bed, and the third guest bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, marble countertop and herringbone back splash.
Even on vacation, it makes life easier having an inside washer and dryer, linens, beach towels and more. The complex is known for resort like accommodations to include two pools with plenty of seating and shaded areas, shuffleboard, picnic tables and barbeque grills. Beach Trip
Unit was nicely renovated and had numerous amenities. Great view of the ocean from the balcony and very close to the pools. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing family vacation
The condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The pools, landscaping, and grounds at the Pelican were very well maintained!

Family Beach Week
This unit was beautiful and just as described in the listing. We had an amazing week, and we will be reserving it again next year. Melynda with the Real Estate company was so accommodating and easy to reach.

10/10 — We had such an amazing stay! This property was absolutely perfect for our family of six. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably, while still feeling cozy and connected.The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed, yet still peaceful and relaxing. It made getting around so easy, whether we were heading out for the day or just enjoying time together.Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for families. We truly felt at home the entire time. The host was also wonderful—very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly, which made the whole experience even smoother.We would come back in a heartbeat!

Perfection!
We loved our stay. We got to watch the sunrise from our balcony every morning. The pools were great and the beach was perfect. The condo was clean and we loved that everyone got their own bed. We would definitely stay at The Pelican again!

Great Condo
Condo was much bigger than expected and beautifully updated. Great view of the ocean with nice outside seating for drinking coffee in the morning. We had plenty of room and everything needed was provided. Will definitely stay again.

Pelican condo
I have rented this condo for the past 2 years. It is my favorite rental at NSB. I plan on renting every year for our annual week at the beach.

Family Beach Trip
This condo was nice and clean. Easy access to beach and pool for family’s. 2 king sized beds were very comfortable with 2 twins beds for the kids. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. Thank you Melynda.

In town for wedding and vacation
Property and amenities were all very nice unfortunately hurricane Milton was coming so we had to evacuate but Melinda kept in contact with us with any updates . We really appreciated that .

Great Stay!
The property was clean & spacious with a cute coastal decor. As a family of 5, the kids each had their own bed & no one had to sleep on the pull out couch. The kids loved the direct access to the beach via the pool deck. New Smyrna Beach was a great beach town … we appreciated that so many amenities were in close proximity to the Pelican. Would rent again!

Beach Paradise
We have spent a week in NSB every summer for the last 14 years. This was our first time at Pelican. It is my favorite condo! Everything was perfect. Met several residents and they were friendly and welcoming.
