Walk out the back door to your private boat slip, or fish off the dock. The unit is a 3 minute drive to the beach and the new Schlitterbahn water park. Very Nice Place

The place was very accessible very clean very organized washer and dryer everything worked on it very comfortable very quiet and very much enjoyed my stay I would recommend it to anybody if there were such a thing as a hundred Stars I'd get it

Perfect Spot for Two

Great spot for my husband and I. No frills, but we are fine with that to be right on the water. We were able to tie our fishing boat up to the dock over night which was very convenient. Great location to everything and perfect for two.

House and property were great and clean! Kids had fun fishing in the canal and the owner was awesome and very responsive would definitely stay here again!

Excellent!

Place was great, host was excellent, responsive & accommodating. Nice park just down the street, couple minutes to the beach, back patio w/ grill on the canal. Would definitely stay here again.

On the water

The place was prefect for 1 person to 2 couples. The Host is the best. Very helpful and very cool. Will certainly stay here again.

The property was great, we had a great time. The little pier does need to be repaired but I was still able to walk on it and even caught a 20in speckled trout!

Quick Getaway!

Simple place with the basic needs! We wanted a boat dock, so we didn’t have to trailer the boat! It was pet friendly and in the location we wanted to fish! The property manager was great to communicate with and very helpful and prompt with calls and messages!

Good stay

Good hosts, nice neighbors, convenient and safe location. Comfortable bed in master. Kitchen has dishes, glasses, and silverware, but if you want to cook, bring whatever you need. Grill was advertised but not on site. Overall a nice stay, would book again.

We were really close to numerous beaches and the fishing off of the dock was really good. The outlets in the kitchen did not work and there was no cold water in the kitchen sink but that did not bother us to much. We will definitely try and stay here again when we come back to the coastal bend!

Great for couples with dogs

This was our second time staying at this property. The house is great. There is a great view of the water out the sliding glass door in the back. The boat dock is the perfect spot to sit and watch the boats come in and out of the canal. Kitchen supplies are limited, but plenty for what we needed. Highly recommend.
