We had a great time! The property was clean, the view from the front porch was beautiful, we loved it. Check in and out was easy, communication was great. We’ll be back for sure!

Our group of 6 very much enjoyed our stay at the Fat Flounder. Check in was a breeze and the house was very nice. The AC kept the entire house nice and cold during the summer heat. Our only complaints were the dryer took forever to finish a cycle and the kitchen was missing some needed supplies. For example, there was no cutting board so we had to go buy one. We left it there for future guests. There were exactly 6 forks so we had to constantly wash them. Overall, we would stay again.

It was warm during a windy, chilly stay. We had almost everything we needed - only thing missing was a cutting board. House was clean, and, excepting a window that was not closed all the way and rattled in the wind (but was easily remedied once we figured identified the rattling), was fairly quiet. The house was stable so swaying in the wind was minimal. A great place to stay.

Overall the house was beautiful. However the bed situation was not ideal. For the cost of our stay you would have thought the sleeping arrangements would have been much more comfort friendly. The mattresses might have been the lowest quality one could put in a home. A few of us had to sleep on the sofas because the beds were that bad. We were there for several days for a tournament and not able to get proper rest. Also I would suggest having the towels in the restroom themselves. We arrived checked in coming straight off the water to shower to find no towels in the restrooms.
