Beautiful beach and bay views! 2 min walk to the ramp walkover!

Ready to make lifetime memories? Ready for relaxation? This is the place for you! We wanted a true beachy feel instead of city feel for ourhome so we have decorated with coastal decor. For kids a packnplay, high chair, booster chair and kids table/chairs set are provided. 4 Beach chairs, 1 umbrella and a wagon to cart the chairs etc to the beach. A hammock downstairs and a swing chair on deck provide a nice nap too. Our beach is a non-driving beach so you don’t have to worry about your kids! Any golf carts rented are not allowed on Pointe San Luis beach or next door’s community. Beach. The Community pool is on the bayside with a baby pool, bathrooms and covered pavilion.
*Host fee ($175) is our cleaning and linens washed charged by the Maid service. The Service fee is VRBO’s charge which varies. We have no control on that!
*Sorry No pets/smokers/vapor users are allowed. Must be at least 25 yrs or over to reserve and must remain on property. No parties/groups/reunions/weddings).
*8 max on property at all times. In case you are worried about a hurricane interrupting your rental we have reimbursed our renters (if hurricane is coming to Galveston County) in the past. Otherwise, travel insurance is advised.

Beach getaway

Property was very nice and clean and it's a cute little home. Have plenty of stuff for the beach that you can use. The only thing I would say is bring bug spray for the mosquitoes!

Best rental we've ever had!!

This was easily the best rental we've ever had. The location was a 3 minute walk to the beach. The house had ever amenity you could hope for and it was very well kept. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was supplied with equipment, and they had all the beach accessories you could ever need. If and when we come back to Galveston, we're going to stay here again.

Beach house

The house is spacious and held a family 8 perfectly! The beach of the neighborhood is beautiful compared to the grey sand further up the island. The only thing I did not realize, it is about 23 minutes from the main town of Galveston. But we just planned and made it all work! The outside shower has hot water for when you are getting out of the beach. House had every basic thing you could think of that you wouldn’t generally bring. For instance, we ended up needing the first aid kit and the humidifier! House has everything for babies and toddlers! I mean everything you could think of! Enjoyed my stay here

Lovely House and Relaxing stay

The house was perfect for our family of parents, grandparents and teens. Great location, beautifully decorated, very clean and well stocked. We will definitely book this house again.

Beach house

The house was easily assessable. Extremely clean. Well stocked with the basics and close to the beach. I would recommend staying here to anyone. I especially enjoyed the balcony and porch swing.

Great oasis!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! We loved being able to walk to the beach. This property also has all the beach things you need so we didn’t have to bring anything other than our beach towels. Will definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

We loved the house, it was a bit remote and took a while to get to Galveston BUT this is what we wanted. The beach is very nice and close. It was a great week!

Quiet beach getaway

We had a very enjoyable trip. Everything was easy and exactly as advertised and we left already trying to look at our calendar to see when we could do it again. The house is definitely family friendly and it was very nice to have access to almost anything you could need for the beach and for a toddler. The ocean view and sunsets over the bay from the porch swing were a real treat.

The house was great.She provided every thing we needed. BUT apparently the neighbors were very nosy.

Our weekend was interrupted by the owner asking if we were breaking her rules, which we did not. She is very strict on # number of people. Will not rent from her again.

Beach house near Galveston, TX

This is a lovely beach house...clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable. Views are interesting and it is near the beach. Well maintained -- except for the regular, almost constant swaying. Only problem was the very uncomfortable chairs in the kitchen and on the porch -- pretty much unusuable.

Perfect beach house

Very clean house and neighborhood. Walk to the beach, every small detail met you could possibly need in a perfect beach house. The porch is very nice, lots of seating and a beautiful view.

Relaxing Vacation
