Spacious townhouse has 2 Bedroom, 2 full baths!

The first floor had an open floor plan with a fully-stocked kitchen, living room and fireplace. Full kitchen; oven & stove-top, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. . And finally, what sold me on the property, the deck with mountain view.

The second floor has a spacious master bedroom with a queen size bed. The second bedroom has twin over twin bunk beds and a day bed with a pop up trundle and the second full bath.
Outside we have a storage area for skiis, snowboards and sleds. Sliding glass doors lead to the deck with mountain view.

Relax in our living room with the fireplace which we keep stocked with firewood (no need to bring your own)

The townhouse comes fully stocked with all the essentials you need to have your ultimate mountain escape! Towels, linens and coffee are provided(and toilet paper).

Please ask me about "Dave's famous pancackes" which are the hit with all our friends who have stayed with us.

Short ski getaway

My children and I had a very nice stay at this very nice condo just five minutes from Windham Mountain. The clean, cozy property was exactly what we needed for a couple of days of skiing and Franca was a wonderful host.

Great long weekend stay for our family

Our family really enjoyed staying at Franca’s place president’s day weekend. We were there for a ski trip, the location of the property was great, close to both hunter and Wyndham. We had 2 young kids with us and they really liked the games at the house. The house was clean and cozy, well stocked with everything we would need. The fire place was out of service while we were there, but everything else worked great. Franca was very responsive to all of our questions. We really enjoyed our stay overall and would definitely come back.

Excellent local place for trip to Windham

Great location. Place is clean, well stocked kitchen, games for kids. Everything we needed for a quick weekend trip. Franca was very nice and easy to communicate with. She made local recommendations and made sure everything was okay. Check in and check out was a breeze. Highly recommend. We hope to return again.

Wonderful place close to two major ski resorts

We rented Franca's place to celebrate my son's 16th birthday - he wanted a ski trip for his present. We had an amazing time - spacious first floor of the house is the optimal place for various activities - movies, games, dining, etc. Franca was kind - we were welcomed with the gift basket. She was quick to respond on any of our questions. I strongly recommend Franca's home.

Very cozy & comfortable. Great location!

We had a fantastic winter weekend. The house is perfect location to Windham with a free shuttle service. We were very comfortable - bedrooms were roomy and clean. It was incredibly easy with well stocked kitchen of essentials, games to keep us busy and a great yard for sledding. Our family had a fabulous weekend and we would gladly return!

Perfect Mountain Condo

Our New Years plans changed last minute and we happened upon Franca”s property in Crystal Pond Condos in Windham. It was perfect for our family of three. The check in process was made easy and any questions I had, Franca was quick to respond by text. The condo is very close to the mountain and nearby some amazing walking trails. We can’t wait to visit again soon.

Getaway in the catskills

A nice getaway up in the Catskills for my son's birthday. We had a great time in a wonderful place. Location is great, right near some trails. In the winter, it looks like there is a ski shop right by the turn onto the road, so it would be a great place to ski.

Amazing hospitality & experience

Franca made sure we felt at home. She made us feel like it was our house with all the amenities we had access to. We were able to use the fireplace, towels, soap, shampoo, and laundry machine. We were 7 people but the space was perfect for us. The living room is the best to bring everyone together as well as the activities near by. Definitely do not hesitate booking, one thing to keep in mind though is there are dead spots for cell phone service so make sure you know the instructions before getting to the house and to other places!

Great access to Windham and Hunter and a great host Franca!

Good location, a bit off the main townships yet only a few miles away from all important locations, great food, skiing. The property has all the amenities you need for a family getaway and Franca went out of her way to help us in our requests.

Great ski vacation

Great home, has all of the amenities you could need for a ski week and more! Very local to mountain and shops. Host was very responsive and accommodating! Thank you for a great vacation.

Amazing experience

Communication as a breeze. When we settled in, it really felt like we were staying at a friends house for the weekend, even the kids (8) mentioned that and felt the same way. Property was close to Hunter mountain and we enjoyed two days on the slopes. Thank you for everything.

Amazing Ski Weekend

This property was amazing. So many nice details - it felt like you were staying at a friend's house rather than a vacation rental. The owner was incredibly accommodating - even offered to have firewood delivered in case the recent snow had made it too hard to get to the wood on the back porch. We loved it and had a great time. It's perfect for a small group.

One of our best stays ever.

Franca was so responsive to our needs. The place was so cozy and clean. Location was great. The view of the mountains were breathtaking. The kids enjoyed sleigh riding in back of the Complex. Looking forward to future stays. Highly recommend.

Perfect Ski Getaway

I found this property last minute, trying to book a place to stay for MLK weekend to ski at Hunter mountain. This place was perfect and spacious for 5 people. We all had our own beds, could spread out in the living and enjoy a game of cards at the dinning room table. 2 bathrooms is nice for the amount of people abs the mud room to leave all your wet boots and coat. We did enjoy a fire in the fireplace. Very clean. Very homey. Easy check in and really good communication. Everyone had a great time! I highly recommend.

Excellent Location

Location was very close to both, Hunter and Windham Mountains. House was beautiful, very ean and had all we needed. View from the back deck was beautiful as well. Our host, Franca, was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Check in process was convenient. We are definitely will be coming back again.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay in Franca's house on a 3-days ski trip to Windham. The house has everything we wished for - conveniently located near both mountain and the village and fully equipped for a comfortable family stay with nice attention to details. Special thanks to Franca for being such an attentive and caring host, we are looking forward to visiting again!

Family Fall Getaway

We loved staying at Franca’s place. The location was perfect, a short ride to Windham and to Hunter mountains. The house was very clean and had gorgeous views of the mountains. The beds were comfy and linens were great. Franca was very accessible, knowledgeable of the area and provided us with great recommendations for places to go to enjoy!!!

Great Mountain Get Away

Our family loved the time we spent at Franca's property. Everything was exactly as advertised. The house was very clean and comfortable. She had all the necessities covered and then some. We hope to head back again some day.

Perfect spot for a ski trip!

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed with all the comforts of home. The owner was a pleasure to work with, very responsive, accommodating, and conscientious. The location was perfect for a family ski trip to Windham as it is located about a mile away from the mountain in a nice, well kept townhome community with its own private shuttle to and from the mountain.

Great ski condo

This condo is well appointed. The Kitchen has everything you could need to prepare large meals The comfortable living room is great for watching movies or watching the fire. Super short drive to Windham and a proper mud room for snowy boots and all very clean!

Wonderful stay

Property is clean and comfortable in a great location with everything you need for a home aeay from hime. Property owner is very pleasant and accomodating. Responded to all questions quickly. We had a relaxing time and will definitely recommended this property to our friends.

Live in NJ and work in NYC and I wanted to find a place I could "run away" to. I knew I wanted a place that was close enough that I could leave after work on a Friday and get there with out issues. I fell in love with Windham and the location of Crystal Pond. We saw 6 units that day and this was the one I could see myself relaxing in with friends.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The location is great; its less than 3 miles to Windham Mountain and 15 minutes to Hunter Mountain. Windham Path is a great place that we have seen all the 3 seasons since I bought the place. Its a nice 2 mile loop that we enjoy walking and running on.
