11/10 - Excellent place to stay if you’re headed to Charleston. Beautiful property, lovely hostess, and great location. We’ve rented through VRBO for over a decade and this has been one of our favorites. Wish we brought a fishing pole or two. Pictures of the property in the listing do not do it justice. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

This is an amazing place to stay. From the views to perfect bedding it's all way above average for most rentals. Book it and you will say the same!

About like a remember, a little upgrade in the bedding specifically the pillows would be a plus. Think we would have enjoyed it more if the weather was good and I wasn’t sick a majority of the time.

We had a wonderful stay at Jackie’s property! The studio was extremely clean and was stocked with everything that we could possibly need. Their property was stunning with so much to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the studio for our 15th anniversary. Jackie provided everything we needed and more! Every detail was taken care of and we felt right at home. The bed was so comfortable and views were beautiful. We spent most of our time on the dock fishing and enjoying the creek. We hope to make it back one day soon and will recommend this rental to anyone visiting the Charleston area.

We love staying here when we come visit the area. It's very close to Charelston and you cannot beat all this property has to offer. We used the bikes and kayaks that were available for our use and enjoyed the dock and its serene views at sunset. Jackie and Chris are the nicest people and are so accommodating. They go out of their way to suggest great restaurants in the area and many are within easy biking distance. The bed is very comfortable and you have everything you need for a quiet, comfy, relaxing stay.

Jackie, our host, welcomed us when we arrived. She could not have been more accommodating, even suggesting that we park in a spot that put us closer to the studio apartment. As a further welcome, there were biscuits, butter and homemade preserves for us to enjoy for breakfast the next morning. The studio apartment is so tastefully decorated with soothing coastal colors, premier bed linens and towels, and a smooth stone shower floor. The property overlooks a pond and backs up to Shem Creek, making the location a perfect birders paradise. We cannot wait to return!

We showed up to a spotless room and immediately fell in love with the views at the property. The room was super private and it was a perfect get away for our honeymoon. The host checked on us throughout the week but gave us space and we felt completely alone. Our favorite part was the yard and dock with awesome views of Shem creek and a private area to return to after spending the day in Charleston. We had a blast and can’t wait to come back!

Very clean and comfortable! Everything you might need is provided. We enjoyed paddling the creek in the provided kayaks. We look forward to staying here the next time we’re in the area!

Beautiful property and great hosts. Close to all my favorite Charelston spots. Minuets from downtown and Sullivan's island. Host provided so many extras to make our stay special and fun. We had a great time adventuring in Kayas on shem creek and watching the wild life from the dock in the morning. We would definitely stay here again! Communication was perfect. Everything was easy and comfortable.

We had an amazing time! They made it all simple and so nice. Everything was as pictured, and we thoroughly enjoyed the docks and hammocks. There were also plenty of restaurants, experiences, shops, and beaches within a very short drive. I hope we will get to come back again!

Best stay ever!!!! I will be staying here again next time I’m back in Charleston. The host was awesome- she left us homemade fig jam & honey from her bees with biscuits from a local bakery. The place was so clean and cute as can be with an amazing view of the water. We had everything we needed. The bed was to die for. Couldn’t have been happier!

This is an amazing place to stay with the best of both worlds - surrounded by nature tucked in a quiet neighborhood, but so close to Mt Pleasant shopping and food, and only 15 mins into Charleston. It’s the lower floor of a home, but it feels like you have the place to yourself. Jackie was so kind and accommodating, and the space is clean, modern and comfortable. We laid in the hammock under the trees, watched all the wildlife, and kayaked on Shem. We’ll be back!
