This luxurious and well appointed 5 bedroom villa features : 1 master bedroom with a King bed, a private sitting room with direct access to the pool; a second master with queen Bed with direct access to the pool . The third bedroom with queen bed with the third bathroom

Four bedrooms have TV & dvd , the other has TV also .
The screened in, private pool fully fenced for more privacy and South facing .
Enjoy the spacious, covered lanai with many chaise loungers, table, chairs and outdoor fan. Preparing meals is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the family room with the 65 inch led TV

There is a kitchen nook for casual meals and a formal dining room for entertaining. The laundry room has a brand new, top of the line full size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board .
There is a fantastic new billiards/games room. Linens and towels are provided. Telephone (local and long distance), cable and wireless internet are included.

Nice place

Lots of room with nice set up. Kids enjoyed pool and game room. Also, located in central location close to activities.

Wonderful experience

The home is decorated really cute. The amenities are varied, great for families, strollers, pack and play, ice chest, really nice and so handy. There are two coffee pots, one drip and a keurig. The beds are nice pretty comfortable.The pillows are not comfortable, bring your own.There’s a nice washer and dryer. Game tables in the garage. Overall we had a great time.

Good location

When arrived (after check in time) the house was never cleaned so we were told to leave and stay gone for 3 hours so cleaners could come. Even though it advertises a grill under the amenities you have to pay extra to “rent” it. Parking is very tight, especially if you drive a truck or suv. Overall it is a nice house, very spacious for large families, and great location.

Great location and lots of space

The property was in a great location, had plenty of space for the whole family. House was clean and spacious. Price was a little high but still cheaper than staying at a resort. I was surprised that after the booing and shortly before we arrived was when we were notified about the charge for heating the pool. I’m the listing it states heated pool but not that there would be a charge for that. We would stay there again and recommend this property to others.

Making memories with family and friends

The locations was great. Lots to see and do...of course...It's Orlando. When we were not out enjoying the area, it was a great place to chill and hang around the pool.

A comfortable stay

Property was as advertised with a few exceptions due to older photographs in the listing (furnishings in LR, amenities in games room). Comfortable beds and lots of room are the highlights.

Very nice property

This was one of the best stays in Orlando. Very close to food & shopping. Everything was just as it was described! We did not have any issues. Very responsive host! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Decent stay but the check out time is too early

The property was clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, we were disappointed by the lack of basic necessities like paper towels, tissues, body wash, shampoo, and hand soap, which we had to purchase ourselves. Additionally, the check-out time was too early, making it feel rushed after a seven-night stay. A bit more attention to these details would have made the experience much more enjoyable

The house was very cozy and the bedrooms were spread out and decorated nicely. Had everything we needed. Close to the parks and everything else. Definitely would recommend this place.

Nice size, enjoyable

Property was in good location, nice size and decent. Walmart, Publix, dining, shopping very close. Mostly clean, was a palmetto bug upon arrival in the kitchen, found a spider in bathtub one day and roach in the trash can, pretty typical of a Florida house. Most of the games in the garage were broken, only one dart was intact, air hockey didn't work very well. Beds were comfortable, LR tv worked fine, didn't try any of the bedroom ones. Kitchen could use a few more utensils, like a potato peeler and masher, better knives. Bathrooms could use better cleaning, dirty caulk, shower valves. Overall was very good for our group of 8, would book again.

Great home

The home was sufficient for what we needed. Very spacious. The beds are really comfortable. The home needs updating and the couch in the house is terrible. It is one of those modular couches and it doesn't stay together on the tile floor very well. There are also no rugs at the doorways to wipe off feet or dry them before walking in which seems hazardous as the tile is slick and the floor becomes very slippery. These were things we were able to overlook though and just used pool towels in the doorways and didn't use the couch. We happened to be in the house during hurricane Milton. It is a solid home. From a safety perspective, my whole family felt great about that. I saw reviews about bugs and flies being an issue. We did not have any issues with that. We killed 1 palmetto bug when we arrived and never saw anything else. Game room was also a lot of fun and helped fill in hours when the parks closed for the hurricane. Overall, this was a great home for the price. It was only about a 10 min drive to all disney parks. Walmart and gas stations are very close, about 3-5 min. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Property manager and owner both were great with communication.

21st and 18th BIRTHDAY celebration for my kids.

The house had a great layout for our needs. We had 6 people in our party and we all had our own beds. The Kitchen had almost everything we needed. We felt safe in the area. I highly recommend this VRBO company. I must say I kind of feel bad for the owners though. You can tell that past guests do not care about damages. Example, hair die on towels, broken remotes, wall damage from suit cases being tossed around. Im sorry to keep ranting. I guess I would just treat the property the way I would want someone to treat my property.

Awesome Vacation Home

My family had an amazing stay at this property. The home was very clean. The kids loved the game room and pool. The location is central to everything you would want to do, Disney, Universal, and shopping. Our next trip to Orlando we will definitely be booking this house again.

Great Stay

Property was great and I really enjoyed the stay. Only thing I didn’t like was part of check out process. I paid a cleaning fee and was asked to strip beds and but linen by washer and load dishes and start load. If I’m paying a cleaning fee why am I being asked to do half of the cleaning before I leave.

Great location, needs TLC, pest control and a good deep cleaning!

This is the 2nd consecutive year that my family has stayed at this house. Unfortunately, the property is in need of some attention as outlined below. Furthermore, based on our final interaction with the cleaning crew (not the owner who was great at communicating via VRBO), we will not be returning to this property. Issues include: - The entrance to the house was very dirty. - An abundance of flies around and within the house likely due to the large amount of trash left by the previous guests (this also made it difficult for us to dispose of our trash). - Roaches were found within the house. - Legs broken on one chair in the kitchenette. - Very tattered chair in the dining area. - Leaky faucets and flickering lights in both master bedrooms. Please note that this problem existed and was reported to the owner during our 2023 stay. - The dryer was not working properly (clothes took multiple rounds to dry...and they were small loads btw). Please note that this problem existed and was reported to the owner during our 2023 stay. - The lady that came with the cleaners on departure day was VERY rude, unprofessional and seemed quite impatient. - The house needs an overall very deep cleaning because it seems that they do rush “surface” cleanings as the lady who came pounding at the door at 10:05 AM stated the next guests were on their way soon after we were leaving. My uncle was very unwell and hence the delayed departure - we were out by 10:20 AM.

Perfect size

We came for a few days. The location was perfect. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfy! The home was roomy too! The owner replied quick to any questions I had. We didn’t really use the pool, but it was clean and a perfect setting for sitting outside in the morning.

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
