This waterfront Mediterranean Villa offers bayside views from every room. At sunrise you can enjoy a peaceful waterside walk, relax and lounge, or BBQ and dine on the deck. The deck wraps around the entirety of the house providing panoramic views of the bay, passing ships, pelicans, beach, and more! Over-sized sofas, chairs, stainless steel appliances, massive kitchen island, commercial sized washer and dryer. Near Kemah Boardwalk and Galveston Island. Nearby medical center MD Anderson in League City

4. We would like for our lovely guests to enjoy our property, but to also properly take care of and preserve it for our next guests.
5. Pets allowed small animals only. Please disclose the number of animals, size, age and breed.
Please be respectful of the next guest and help keep the yard clean, dispose of animal waste properly.
So please be courteous and let us know you are bringing a pet.
6. Please respect our no smoking policy.
7. There is a private gate to the property.
8. Separate listing ROOM WITH A VIEW Room with a view listing, is not included with the main house rental.
ROOM WITH A VIEW has its own entry, its own balcony, its own walkway, all separate from the main house.
9. Children over 2 years allowed with proper supervision.

13. All parking inside gate. No parking outside gate, may be subject to towing at owners' expense.
