The condo was exactly like the description...newly renovated, very clean, and had everything you would need in the kitchen, etc. Everything felt new and they chose higher end applicances and cookware which was appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the pullout couch mattress was comfortable too (for a pullout:). Loved the pool to cool off after the beach -- and private access to beach was great. The condo deck overlooks the Coligny boardwalk to the public beach so you can constantly hear the fountain running which was nice (and it's shaded as well). Would definitely stay here again. Perfect location to walk to dinner and shops...and ice cream!

PERFECT VACATION

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Price was very reasonable, condo was conveniently located to everything, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. We look forward to going back very soon!!

The cutest little condo! Had everything we needed plus some. My husband, daughter, and I really enjoyed our stay. The only negative would be the bed. It was not comfortable at all.

The owner of this property went above and beyond in the remodel. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was stunning and the kitchen was unbelievable. Everything and anything you could need in a kitchen was there. The pullout couch was comfortable according to our 12 year old as well. The location to the beach was perfect and so many restaurants in walking distance. Thank you to the owner for making our stay so comfortable!

Awesome Condo

This was a very clean, organized and close to everything condo. We didn’t move the car once because we could walk to dining, drinks, entertainment, grocery store and of course the beach.

Wonderful beach house

Our stay at the breakers was lovely. The new renovation was thoughtfully planned and had everything you could want/need in a beach house. It was very clean. Loved the king sized bed and our kids did just fine on the pull out sofa. Could walk to coffee at sweet Al’s every morning and getting to the beach was a breeze as it’s on a very easy to access and short boardwalk just behind the pool. 10/10.

Good location

Good location. You can't see the ocean from the balcony but right on tge beach. Kitchen could use some updates including an oven and better utensils. Bed was not the most comfortable but everything else was good.

Unfortunately, with the kitchens being as small as they are in The Breakers, if an oven is installed, there is no space for a dishwasher... We hope to see you back again. Selena

Clean & Cute

We love this little condo! It was perfect for my husband, our infant and myself for a week! A short walk to the beach and a great pool. The home was very clean and they provided clear directions, rules and instructions on what to do, how to operate items in the home and Coligny Plaza is a short walk away. It was PERFECT! We will be back.
