This spacious beachfront condominium is conveniently located just a few short steps from the elevators and features a remodeled kitchen and dining area. Elegantly decorated throughout, this charming retreat is the perfect spot to start your day at the beach. Breathe in the fresh morning air from your spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf, then head to your choice of adventure anywhere on the resort or off.

At the end of your day, kick back in the cozy living area with sleeper sofa, or one of the two roomy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and adjoining bath with dual sink vanity, while the guest bedroom has two twin beds and bath. Both bedrooms have awesome views of the beach and coastline, and there is an additional balcony off the dining area so you can view the bay as well as the beach.

Nice beach stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nicely located unit on west side of Westwinds, good amount of privacy due to it being down its own hallway off elevator lobby. Overall, recently updated unit with ice cold A/C, good water pressure, and well functioning kitchen appliances. Blackout curtains in guest suite but not in master if that matters. Kitchen could be better stocked with more utensils and we were missing a bottle opener and can opener - but I'm sure VH will replace those now. To the owner - there's a fair drip in your kitchen sink and a toilet in the master that flushed every few hours due a flange leak - both easy fixes, I'm sure will get handled soon. With the flow reducing shower heads you get super powerful mini jets, almost painful if you're tall and taking it head on, maybe consider a swap? Overall, I'd stay here again and it was a very pleasant experience.

Love it!

We have stayed in Beachside II which was nice, however WestWinds was our favorite! The pool was much larger and nicer, and we had the pool bar which was awesome! The room was great with amazing views! We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous Unit

We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful and the unit is gorgeous. We loved sitting on the lanai every day, just watching the waves. We will definitely come again!

Great Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was great overall! It has a beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets. Plus every morning we enjoyed watching the dolphins while we had breakfast on the balcony. This condo has all the space you need for a family of 4(or even 6!) It is located at the end of the hall where trash receptor is located so it is a private hallway...very quiet!! The only issue we had was the electrical outlets are tied to on/off switches and we never could figure out the how to get the ones around the stove to work. We also would recommend replacing the umbrellas with bigger sturdier versions and the chairs have some sharp metal pieces exposed. Overall our stay was great and we would book this condo again...which we just might since we love staying at Westwinds! The beach is amazing, the people are always friendly, and the Tiki Hut is such a bonus when you don't want to pack or leave for lunch. My Vacation Haven makes vacationing easy!

As advertised

Very clean unit. Great views of Gulf and sunset. Had all the furnishings a family of three needed. Oven didn't seem to heat correctly, but we made it work. Pool was clean and beach access was simple enough.

My entire time from check in to check out my kids and I had the best time. Weather was not that great the first night but we still swam because the pool was heated. The views from this room were breath taking. The communication from the owners or whomever reached out was smooth! Please book with them… but just not my dates… I’ll be back next year!

Wonderful apartment in a great location

We were really pleased with this apartment. Spacious, full of natural light and clean. The location was perfect and liked the security of it being a gated community with great parking facilities. Access to the beach and pools make it great for families. Overall the apartment was comfortable, quality appliances, and equipped well for cooking. We visited over a very unseasonably cold Easter weekend but that didn't spoil our enjoyment. Would definitely recommend.

Just Perfect

We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing spring break at Sandestin and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful beach, pool and view from this condo unit. It had everything we needed, including very friendly maintenance staff who took quick care of a small water leak in the refrigerator filtration system.

Spring break 2023

Wonderful experience. My husband and I took our 2 kids (5 and 2yo) for spring break in March. The heated pool was a win. The guest bathroom was large enough to easily fit a pack and play, so our kids could have separate sleeping spaces. Would definitely come back.

The unit was very dusty especially the ceiling fans and lamps, and dirty baseboards. The carpet needs a good shampoo and stretching. Master bedroom mattress was soft and uncomfortable. 2 broken, rusted patio chair legs. Did like the living room furniture. Thus we chose another unit next year. Had a blast

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was fantastic, for the most part. The good is that we loved the location, the amount of space we had, proximity to the beach and surrounding shopping & restaurants. Only issue we had is that we noticed a musty smell in the master bedroom that we couldn't get rid of, so we had to cover with a candle. As we were checking out, I looked under the bed and there was a used diaper (#1 only) that must have been missed by the cleaning crew. Our kids are way past the age of diapers, so it had to be the family that was there before us. Otherwise, we loved it and plan to go back.
