This was a great place to spend 4 days. Capitola village is literally right downstairs, the beach is about 50 yards away, just a great location overall. Communication with property owners was great and check-in was super simple. Would love to stay here again!

Great spot for a couple and their dog, short walk back from the beach and right before it gets hilly. They’re very attentive to any questions you have during the stay.

Perfect location!

We spent a wonderful weekend here! The only glitch was that I didn’t get check in information on the VRBO app-but they responded quickly to my text and from there it was super easy to get into the apartment. If you’re looking for a place near the beach-look no further! Great location with everything one would need!

This property is central and incredibly cozy

We really enjoyed staying here! Being central to all things in Capitola is incredibly lovely and made our trip better. We encountered a few hiccups here and there and the property management team was responsive and prompt in their help provided. All in all, the apartment was clean, parking was incredibly accessible (especially in a city where it can be hard to come by), and it's the perfect spot for a getaway in the lovely city of Capitola!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Onsite parking, just a two minute walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants just as close. The apartment is well built and solid. We walked the neighborhood at all times day and night, walked on the beach well after dark, it’s a quiet little beach town. People have mentioned the noise from the street and traffic, the apartment has some seriously nice sound windows installed, I mean not just double pane but double windows as well. With those closed the outside noises were not an issue for us. During the day with them opened sure it’s busy outside, but again you are right there in the middle of the action.

Great location! You can walk everywhere in the village. Host was wonderful and accommodating. Decent place if you have dogs. Apartment overall is nice but could use some TLC mainly in the bathroom and the carpet. But it’s dog friendly so I get it. Property is on a main road so can get noisy. We stayed in unit 2.
