Luxurious 2 Bedroom on the Gulf - Direct beach access - Incredible views!

Luxurious 2 bedroom gulf front condo located in the heart of Seagrove Beach close to shopping and dining. This unique unit has been completely remodeled and redecorated from floor to ceiling. The kitchen offers granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and tile floors. The unit has new furniture including an updated king mattress, and a sleeper sofa with an 8.5" pillow-top queen Cozy Mattress. The rest of the unit offers an electric fireplace, 3 flat screen TVs, and 3 DVD players. The bathrooms are done in cultured marble surrounds and offer granite counter tops. Enjoy comfortable beds and soft linens.

The living room and master bedroom have a gulf front balcony running in front of them for awesome views day and night. The balcony has a brand new dining table with 4 chairs & 2 zero gravity recliners for enjoying the sunrise & sunset. The unit is on the 9th floor.

Other amenities include a heated pool, a fitness room, and beautiful arbored beach access right in front! 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and 2 umbrellas available for your use. Please bring your beach towels.

Seagrove Beach is right on the 18 mile bike path which leads into Seaside & Watercolor for shopping, dining, free concerts, coffee houses and cafes. You'll love the beach get-away !!!

IMPORTANT NOTE: A Building Improvement Project is in progress and a new lobby is being added. There is no construction within our condo.

great location/nasty couch

Loved the location (although beach chair situation in season probably a real concern) but the place could use some sprucing up. The couch in particular was filthy.

Great access to beach & beautiful ocean views from our unit . Bathrooms very small & dim lighting. Decorations a little outdated We did enjoy the week but lots of construction on the entrance.

Not exactly fully renovated

When looking at this property online, it looked immaculate, but once we got there we quickly realized this wasn't the case. There were cracked tiles in the kitchen and the master bedroom. The shower curtains had mold and mildew on them at the bottom. The bed skirts were dirty as if they hadn't been washed in a long time. It wasn't near as bright inside or as big as the pictures make it look. The coffee pot was cracked and leaked (super unsafe). Overall, the condo was just ok and I wouldn't stay here again.

Great location beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. The beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed plus more. The location was super close to shopping and plenty of restaurants to choose from which all had phenomenal food. We loved coming to Seagrove for our annual girls trip and will definitely come back again!

Great View and Location But a Bit Small

We enjoyed the location and the view very much. The place was a bit small for four adults (my husband, myself, our grown boys) The bathrooms fit one person at a time. Kitchen is small as well. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our trip!

Great stay

The stay at 903 was great. Uma was very timely /responsive to messages. Aside from the weather being unpredictable the overall stay was good. The beds were very comfortable. One minor thing I would recommend is a nonstick skillet to cook eggs in. The pool was nice but was kind of a disappointment being tucked on the side of the building. It doesn’t get sun until late and was cold.

Public Beach

When you pick a condo on the water and pay a little more for the view you don’t expect to be over run by Public Beach access. The property’s on both sides have it listed as private beach and places a rent a cop on them to keep public beach and 1 seagrove guest crunched into the small area just behind the condo. Wish this info would be in the description of the condo so people can make their decision on booking based on this.

Great location great view and great accommodations

Although there was some construction and updating of the main entrance, it did not deter us from doing anything. The view was fabulous, access to the beach was quick and easy. We never had to wait for the elevator. The condo was just as advertised with all new appliances in the kitchen along with anything you needed to cook with. I would definitely recommend this 9th floor condo.

Beautiful Views and Convenient Beach Access

We choose One Seagrove Place for its beautiful beach and convenient access. This unit comes with its own beach chairs which makes it easy to set up early before the rental places open. We found the space suited out needs and had no issues with the property. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms not large but adequate. Security is strict but that is a good thing. We will continue to rent from this property on future trips.

Cleanliness

Property met our needs and beach was beautiful! I always expect cleanliness to be a 5 for the price and additional fees for cleaning! Shower curtain In Master bath needed to be replaced and was very unsanitary! Utility closet and top of refrigerator was covered in dust ! Fans needed dusting as well ! Picture of course always depicts larger units than reality but I will in the future look at square footage! Bathrooms and kitchen were super small for this size!

Great location and Uma was very fast to respond to my questions.

The location is convenient to great place to eat and shop. Plenty of parking as well. Condo was as advertised. We were disappointed that the beach is now public. If you want a spot right on the water get up at 5:30am and hold your spot. Overall we had a great family beach vacation.

Beautiful Oceanside condo

This place was in the perfect location. On the ocean, 2 mins walking from room to beach. Clean and stocked for our stay. Host was friendly and available for questions.
