Ocean Front Condo - Beautiful beach and views

Heart Key Home is on the ocean with spectacular views. We are located on the upper level of a two story building with all rooms on one level. We feature four large bedrooms with four bathrooms (one shower/tube is jack-in-jill), plus an outdoor shower. The large kitchen with top of the line appliances and double oven has enough space for creating large family / group meals that will be remembered. There is seating for four at the counter and the reclaimed wood dining table can seat up to 10. There is a TV in the living room, while the seating is focused on the ocean. The open concept allows ocean views from the kitchen, dining and living spaces. The covered porch is an excellent place to watch the ocean and relax in the shade. This home is new to our family and we have put many hours bringing back the beauty. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. (This is the top level of a two unit building). This winter we added street side stairs for safety and convenience. Please check out our new listing of the lower level under #1715873.

Ocean front, short walk to beach. Beautiful views. New washer and dryer and the largest refrigerator/freezer for multiple family needs. The kitchen was incredible with open concept to see beach while doing laundry, cooking and eating meals. Large table for game night. Outdoor deck has rocking chairs and tables to relax and read. Perfect for multiple families to share and roomy enough to have move around comfortably. Highly recommend!

Excellent beach front home. Had all the ameneties listed. First rental we've been to in years that lists beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc that were actually usable. Huge plus as we flew in from out of state.

This rental was really stunning and the host was very accommodating! We had a great time here and it was very comfortable and beautiful. One of the best rentals i’ve stayed in on ocean isle!

Beautiful and well maintained beach house with every item you will need for your stay (furniture, kitchen items, TVs, hair dryer, big size refrigerator, new W&D, elevator, beach toys). The owner was very responsive and nice. I recommend this place to any family with kids.

We can’t wait to visit again!!

We stayed here for Mother’s Day weekend, there were 6 adults, 2 young teens, and 2 children under 5 and we all had more than enough space! This is a beautiful property and amazing location, none of us wanted to leave! We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful

This was our second time staying at this property and it delivered once again. We love the fire pit for oceanfront s’mores! Looking forward to coming back next year.

Great Place

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. Mary's condo was clean and close to everything my family did. Plus when I had any kind of question, Mary answered almost immediately ans helped every way we could. We are already planning our vacation here next year!

Perfect family getaway for beach / race weekend

We chose this location for the abundant bedrooms/bathrooms and proximity to the beach where we came for a half marathon. This was a perfect choice for 6 adults and 6 kids. Gorgeous ocean views in a nicely finished, spacious setting. The easy access to the beach and included beach chairs, toys, etc. made this a no-hassle stay. Will definitely come back!

Great place to get together with friends and family

The house was cleaned, very spacious, and well-maintained and also great view of the beach (happened to see Sun rise and set from the deck). There was 3.5 bathrooms. We had a great time out there during the New Year celebration.

Pre-election Beach Get Away!

We loved staying here! House was perfect for us! The kitchen was well equipped which allowed is to cook all of our meals. The view from the deck is amazing..sunrise to sunset! The corn hole and fire pit were great too. We would return😊

Love OIB

Have stayed in various condos on OIB FOR 34 years. The property we had this year was the best! Right on the beach, gorgeous ocean view and a beautiful breeze all week long. How good? We've already reserved for next July! OIB is a perfect place for a family vacation.

This is a family home own by Dan & Vicki Hardtke along with our parents Mary Hardtke. We reside in MN and WI respectively. We got bit by the Ocean Isle bug when visiting our neighbors that moved from MN to Ocean Isle Beach. We visited during Oyster Fest in 2015 and fell in love with the location. We envision many years of our daughters, friends and family relaxing and creating special memories.

The views and direct beach access are beautiful. Secondly, the large kitchen and open flow through the dining and living area was exactly what we were looking for.

Linens and towels are provided as well as all paper products. We have placed a few of our personal beach items in the storage area, such as a few bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach sand toys and various balls (football, volleyball..), feel free to use them.
