My family had a wonderful stay at this property. The pool, and pool toys, and bikes were a hit. Access to the beach was amazing. Very well stocked.

It was a great place for a large family to gather and stay...great access to the beach and restaurants. We were surprised of the lack of necessities missing such as toilet paper, dish soap, bar soap in the bathrooms. It was clear we needed to rent all of the linens...no problem. Everything else was wonderful.

I will speak to the cleaner. We don’t provide toiletries but we do provide toilet paper and paper towels. Thank you for letting us know.

Overall the house is nice and very convenient to the beach. We had no water at the house when we arrived, the owner did not tell us we had to turn on a valve under the car port. My son figured that out The nails on the deck need hammering down. Some are sticking way up. The kitchen is well stocked and nice.It is great that all bedrooms have a bathroom. We would stay here again.

Thank you for reviewing your stay. We still can’t fully explain the water situation, but we called the Town of Ocean Isle and they immediately came out to address it. The deck was maintained at the beginning of the season but we will check it when we are down in early September. Thanks for alerting us. The location of the house was excellent. The layout of the house, number of bedrooms with their own bathrooms was perfect at a reasonable price. A good value over all.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at “Selling Away”. The location was so convenient with the beach access across the street and just being a mile away from the center of OIB. The house met our needs perfectly and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Best location

We’ve stayed here before and love the location, across from beach access. The house is clean and comfortable. It is so nice that everyone has their own bathroom! Would definitely stay again!

Annual family trip

Fathers Day Vacation

Love the layout of the house and the proximity of the beach access. The pool was great. Kitchen well stocked. Only item we missed was a garden hose, but so minor its finding a fault.Great place to stay.
