The property was perfect for our needs. My wife, myself, and our dog had plenty of room and we enjoyed the outside courtyard. Perfect location for quick entry and exit in a busy Plantation like Palmetto Dunes. I would gladly stay there again.

The condo was perfect for Hubby and I traveling with our two small fur babies. Great location, small enclosed yard for our pups made them more at home. We had everything we needed. Condo was confortable and centrally located. Rode our bikes to beach. Judith was quick to respond and accommodating. We will return.

Very nice setting with great walking/biking trails and access to golf courses/tennis/pickleball Only miss was noise- from the condo above. Noise insulation is poor.

Great Stay for Family with Pets!

We had an awesome stay with our 2 dogs! Great walking trails for our daily walks. We were close to many great restaurants and the beach! Would recommend Judy's place for a small family, especially with pets!

Cute condo

Host was very responsive and accommodating. Condo was perfect for my husband and I to sleep and shower during our vacation with family. Location was very convenient to all activities and restaurants.

Very nice area, close to everything, quiet and people in neighbourhood were friendly. Liked the pet friendly atmosphere. We had a nice relaxing time.

Excellent location

I would definitely stay here again. Short walks to the beach, Shelter Cove, restaurants and shopping. Great wooded view to the golf course makes it seem very private. Very clean and comfortable. French doors open up to a nice enclosed patio. Great community pool area as well.

Nice villa and location

We stayed here last year as well. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Perfect location. Judy is always very accommodating and helpful. We will return next year.

Second time staying at this property. Clean well cared for and easy access to activities around the area. Owner is very responsive and cares that her guests are comfortable.

Pet Friendly

1668 St. Andrews Common was clean as a whistle. Good location for off-beach with fenced area for pets. Wonderful area outside the fence for small dogs to run if well trained.

Fabulous place-confirmed by Lucy(our dog)!

We’ve always stayed in Palmetto Dunes but have never before experienced Saint Andrews Commons. Wow! This is the best and exceptionally pet friendly!Condo was superb and well appointed. Perfect location to easily get anywhere on the island. This is our absolute favorite now! Can’t wait to return. Thanks Judy! You’re an amazing host!

Great location for vacation with your pet!

Booking and communication were very easy. Judy is very quick to respond. There was no problem checking in or any issues with the condo. It was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed family time and bringing our dog for our vacation in Hilton Head.

Excellent comminication, location and value

Judy, the landlord, is highly responsive, a great communicator and really is dog-friendly as advertised. The unit is well located and very functional despite its small size. Mattress and pillows were very good, and the MBR has a dog bed. There is a covered entryway where you can store your golf clubs or bikes safely and dog areas surround the property. Premium channels on TV and internet is good. Lovely stay in a great location.

Lovely property, great location….but

We enjoyed our stay. Property was close to everything. The resort attached was well maintained. Our only complaint would be that this unit felt a little down at the heels. Could use a fresh coat of paint and updated appliances and shower curtain, for example. I know the unit is dog friendly and we appreciated that. But we’ve stayed in many dog friendly vacation rentals that were far better maintained.

The shower curtain and liner were replaced right after your stay. Thank you for calling it to my attention. The entire unit will be repainted inside as soon as peak season is over. As for appliances, all are currently in good working condition and will be replaced/updated as needed in the future for the comfort & convenience of guests.

Perfect location, perfect accomodations

Lovely historic property, mature teees, well groomed property. Loved the first floor accomodations with private back patio and easy accessnto ground level to walk the dog. Plenty of home amenities for your comfort. No need to bring supplemental bath towels, dish towels, beach towels...everything is ready to go for your comfort. The owner was just always lovely to communicate with and responsive to any questions. The Dune Buggy service is THE way to go to the beach... so just bring tip money if you are a tipper like we are...
