Beautiful Beachfront condo

Lovely completely refurnished condo with sunrise and sunset vies. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Beds were comfy. Could always use some more blankets. Lovely comfortable den and a very nice extra sitting area off kitchen to read and watch the ocean. The outdoor porch had such wonderful view of ocean.

Unit 30

Great view and location.

There were 6 people in our party and the condo offered plenty of room. View and balcony were spectacular. Great location with a very short walk to the Ritz and a 5 minute drive to the grocery store. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful setting

Perfect for our family, gorgeous views, all instructions clear, great kitchen layout and equipment. Thank you for having soaps, coffee filters, Kleenex, paper towels also. So easy to walk back and forth from the Ritz, but with an even better view!

Great vacation

We're building a house on the island and come down on a regular basis. This is a great location for us. Lovely unit and views. Had all we needed. Comfy beds. Easy beach access. Have already rented for future stays.

Great condo!

Excellent ocean views and access to the beach. Quiet location. We had everything we needed inside, beds were comfy, everything was spacious and clean. Balcony had great seating and views. We didn't use the beach chairs or toys provided but there were plenty if needed. We have already discussed coming back and staying here next year.

Unit 30 Ocean Place

We brought our parents and their closest friends for a long awaited weekend at the beach. Everyone loved the condo and its amazing views, and our parents are already asking when we are coming back. The layout provided perfect privacy for three couples with more than ample common and kitchen space for all of us to entertain one additional couple who came to visit for the day. Thanks to everyone for making this a great trip for all of us.

Overall a great unit

Very nice unit with a fantastic view. One major change needed - better lighting! Except for the dining area, all rooms are very dimly lit. Difficult to see in the kitchen after dark or in the bathrooms.

Wonderful Condo!

I'm writing this review on our way home from visiting Feenandina Beach on beautiful Amelia Island, FL. We had 6 people on our vacation. Myself, my husband, his mom, dad, brother and 9 year old nephew. This condo worked really well for us. Mom and Pop got the king bedroom with access to the absolutely beautiful and huge balcony. It has a super nice counter height, composite table and four chairs along with two Adirondack style rockers with ottomans. They were very nice and comfortable. The only negative about the room was that it was not handicap accessible. No baes for the shower which would have helped my mother and father in law, as they are both elderly. However, we knew that going in. We chose this condo because it was SO nice! If you absolutely have to have an accessible condo though, this one is not. That being said the parents did very well. Mom complained that the king bed was high for her, but they made it, lol. All beds were very comfortable. The beach accessory closet is loaded. No need for bringing chairs or toys unless you just have taco you can't vacay without. Wonderful stay! We loved it and would absolutely love to stay here again!

Beautiful Place with Beautiful Views

This condo has everything one could want. It is beautifully decorated and very lovely. Perfect Views of the ocean and was very relaxing for our family. My only complaint is a few minor things that would not dictate me staying there again but... 1.Bathrooms need more towels and wash clothes. One towel and one wash cloth is not enough per person. Constantly having to do laundry to have a clean wash cloth and towel. 2. No extra toilet paper. Master Bathroom had less than a half roll toilet paper when we got there and no extra's under sink. (same for the other bathrooms). 3. The wood floor is a floating floor and the planks were constantly pulling apart (kitchen was most notable). The floors definitely need a little TLC. 4. The cleaning crew could do better. Dirt and food were left under the furniture. We had to run the vacuum when we first got there. Also the showers are very nice with big glass walls. The only part the cleaning crew cleaned was the door. The glass walls were still dirty and looked like they hadn't been touched. Outside of that, we will defintely be staying again in Ocean Place 30. We loved it.

Family Beach Trip 2022

This was our family's 3rd time staying in this beautiful condo. It is nicely decorated and has all the amenities a family might want for their week at the beach. A BIG plus to this unit is the view from the balcony. It is a breathtaking view of the beach and ocean . Elisha and her staff are also great to work with. They are very prompt in answering any question and take care of any issue that might come up. Wonderful vacation once again at Fernandina Beach.

Super nice unit and well stocked. Only complaint is the ice maker in the fridge. It only holds like 20 pieces of ice. For a 3 bedroom unit that sleeps 8 people, a larger ice maker would be nice. We're repeat renters and we will rent again. Love the unit.

Beautiful, comfortable and great location

Truly enjoyed the stay at Ocean Place 30. The 6th floor end-unit makes for great location and grand view of the beach. The place is close to many great restaurants and shops. We had spa service at Ritz-Carlton which was a convenient short walk over to the hotel. Will definitely stay here again in future visits.

Three Star

I have taken Tony Badalato's place for correspondence regarding Unit 30 at Ocean Place this year. Tony was unable to come down this year so myself, my wife and Donna & Doug Sherrard came down. We have also rented from you as part of the three couples that enjoy Ocean Place. This year unit 30 was a disappointment to my wife and me. The living room furniture was in need of replacement and the carpeting in the unit was not clean. even in the master bedroom bathroom where the toilet is was dirty. someone should be checking the unit out before guests arrive.

Perfect getaway!

Clean, comfy, cozy, great balcony and view, plenty of dishes, pots/pans allowing for eating in comfortably. Storage closet had plenty of beach stuff, chairs, umbrellas etc. Checkin process and interaction ahead of time with questions was very good. Would definitely recommend! Wifi not so great - hopefully they will upgrade this. A unit this size can easily accommodate 5+ people who will be using computers, phones etc. Need a better wifi solution. Also - wish I brought my own bed pillow - the pillows were like pancakes.

Five Star

The accommodations as well as the view were amazing. Everything that you need is in the condo. Our family of five enjoyed the very spacious balcony and spent most of our condo time out there. I would recommend this condo and Mock's Amelia Vacations to anyone.
