Great clean place and view with a very communicative host, only complaint was 2 of the 3 bedroom TVs did not work but this did not hinder our experience

View from the unit was amazing. Entry into the unit with provided keypad was easy. Unit was clean. If you are looking for a place to stay on the beach and within walking distance to pier park this place won’t disappoint.

The condo is clean and you cannot beat the view. the location to the pier is perfect. The host was very responsive with emails. we will definitely be back!

Wonderful place to stay!

Resort is nice. This condo is gorgeous, beds are comfy, views are amazing, and proximity to food and shops is fantastic! Would totally recommend and would stay there again

Nice location

The boys enjoyed how close the fishing pier and restaurants were. You can see lots of marina life from the balcony.

Great location and communication with owner

The location is great, lots to do with Pier Park in walking distance. Jackie is very responsive to calls, e-mails, or text. We had a wonderful time.

Phenomenal location and great accommodations!

We loved our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable, the views were great, and the proximity to restaurants was awesome! Communication with Jackie beforehand was consistent and appreciated, especially because we needed to register for parking passes before we arrived. I’m forgetful on things like that, and she ensured that I did not forget so that our check-in would go smoothly.

Birthday Get a way for Mother age 84

Property is just as pictured and described. Check in was simple. Location is perfect for us. Great for shopping and dining. Balcony is great as my mother can not walk in the sand she was able to enjoy the sun and ocean breeze from there.

Great location and condo

We enjoyed being able to walk to Pier Park. The condo was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable beds. We did not interact with Property Management for any reason. Liked no checking in, just go straight to the unit.

Five Star Property

Check in was so easy . This property and property manager definitely earned a 5 star rating. Beautifully decorated , updated and very clean . This property is centrally located between all entertainment. Parking was secure and easily accessible. The property is just steps from the sand . We will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing!

This place was FANTASTIC! Mrs. Jackie was wonderful! She went above and beyond for us leading up to our stay and also during it! This place was very convenient being near all of the stores so you won’t have to venture off too far! The beach chairs that were included were definitely a plus while having to wrangle a toddler, beach bag, and cooler onto the beach! The condo also has amazing views of the gulf! We will definitely be booking with her again next summer!

Great Stay / Location

My stay at this property was awesome, from my arrival to leaving. Jackie was a great host, she even called to ensure everything would be ok when I arrived. Upon departing I accidentally locked myself out of the room, Jackie was available via one call. She was able to give me a temp code to gather my things without hassle. The room was clean, spacious and had everything needed for the stay. I especially like that she had toys, coloring books and games for the little ones. I will definitely recommend this condo and stay here in the future!

July 4th Getaway

Has a great view. Could see string rays in the mornings in the ocean. Appliances were modernized. Rooms were spacious. Master bedroom has an awesome walk in closet. Emerald Hub under parking garage had great food and reasonable prices. The master bedroom mattress was a little firm for our taste, but after a long day at the beach it didn’t matter. The bunkbed does tend to squeak a lot when one rolls over when scared my 5year old. So we placed her in the other room with our other child. Overall was great. Already telling my husband we need to rebook but stay longer!!!

Great location!

This was our first visit to PCB. We were pleased with the setting of the condo, although the parking is inconvenient (across the street and on a different level). The beachfront view was very nice! The pool was large and relatively warm during early March. My kids were bummed that there was no hut tub, but they survived. We had no issue getting our beach chairs reserved for the entire week. Inside the condo the set-up was good. The king and queen bedrooms were very comfortable; not so much for the bunks in the kids room. My kids actually chose to use the pull-out couch and air mattress rather than sleeping in the bunk room. We are used to having bedside fans when we stay in the south, however this unit did not supply those. By day 2 we hit up Walmart because we were already out of toilet paper. Coffee pods are not supplied, but there is a Keurig. I ran the dishwasher at least once a day because there wasn’t a ton of dishes for my large family. With that being said, although the unit lacked a couple of comfort things that I’m accustomed to, I still felt like I got a good deal and was happy with my stay. Oh! Great sand toys, extra beach chairs, etc in the laundry closet too - my kids enjoyed those. All in all we were sad to leave PCB and our stay in this condo. Would stay again.
