Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We loved the view of the ocean from the balcony and the easy access to the beach! The place was clean, in good shape and nicely decorated.

Great location for beach fun!

We enjoyed our condo stay so much! It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The quick walk to the beach or shopping nearby was wonderful.

Great place to stay!

My wife and I stayed for a week. Loved everything about it especially the restaurants and shops in walking distance. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Great condo and great location

This was a great condo that is close to the beach with many food options. Only had to get in the car twice during our trip. Unit was clean with a great view.

Stay at Santa roses

Enjoyed our stay very much. Having coffee in the morning looking at the gulf was very relaxing.the condos was just perfect for the two of us and shopping, eating was just around the corner. We plan to visit again this fall. Chuck

Beautiful view!

Although the weather was cool for 1/2 our stay the beach days were great! Other days, great shopping nearby. Very close to the beach and several great restaurants! The ocean view was spectacular! Nice condo! (I’d do white curtains though - much brighter!)

Great location

Love this location. Every restaurant was fabulous and close. Condo was cute. Beach access good. Need to fix elevator. Hot water heater is micro. Thank you we had a lovely time.

Spring Break

Stayed there for spring break with my teen son and daughter. Perfect location and unit. Nice views of the ocean and strip from the balcony. Proximity to restaurants and private access to the beach made everything easy. Great combination of family time, plus kids spending time with their friends that were also there on spring break.

Loved the view from Condo. The bed mattress was a little hard for our liking. We really enjoyed the stay. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals and save from eating out every night. We will be back.

Beautiful view!!!!

Your place was beautiful, especially the view!!!! It had lots of pans, dishes,towels, etc. We had the best unit in the entire building!!!!

Beautiful Gulf View

This wonderful condo was spotless and had a terrific view of the Gulf. It would be easy to hang out on the balcony all day. We were in walking distance of several restaurants and shops, but best of all, we were just across the road from the beach. The management was very responsive and keeps this condo in great shape.

Beautiful view, wonderful stay! Cono had everything we needed. We loved the location being a corner unit the extra windows are nice. restaurants and beach all within walking distance. We had read a previous review, with the suggestion of bringing a mattress topper. That worked for we are used to foam mattress. We will be backW

Been going to this condo last couple of years Always pleased The condo doesn't have the round table on the patio anymore which was a disappointment because we loved having our breakfast on the balcony past years and if there are more then 2 in your group not enough seating to eat But besides that we had a great time Will return

Nice little condo-well thought out spaces. Lovely views of the gulf.

Washer/dryer in common area but for once, adequate space to hang bath towels so they could be used several times. Nice porch with lovely views of the gulf. Children loved pool area/short walk to beach. Only downside, misunderstanding about possible stairs to beach-over 30 stairs made access for spouse with knee problems difficult.

October vacation

We had a fabulous time. Perfect location and weather. Cabana was perfect size for my husband and I. The only drawback was that the internet was going off and on on the 4th day there. We were in the middle of streaming a movie, and had to turn it off. Otherwise, a perfect stay. Will be back.
