Fantastic Stay!

We had a great time and the views were spectacular! Although the unit was dated, it was very clean and very well taken care of. The property manager helped us with all of our needs and was very responsive in getting back to us when we had questions. I would definitely recommend staying here as everything that was advertised was fulfilled! Thank you so much!

This is a nice place with an accurate listing.

This place is slightly dated but priced accordingly. Very comfortable and everything functioned well. We had no issues during our stay. The view is phenomenal including from the master bedroom. 2 king sized beds are tough to find and were comfy. Place was very clean. The patio could use some new chairs.

Our stay

I was apprehensive to book here as my 1st VRBO. EVERYTHING went well. the condo is nice abd convenient. Next door construction was no bother. The place wasnt perfect, but was very good and exactly what we expected. Would stay here again!!

Beachfront condo

We loved our stay! The property manager went above and beyond to make sure that we had working cable and was a delight to work with! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to be centrally located on the beach!

We had a wonderful time in Cocoa Beach. The location was perfect, and the accommodations were nice. There was construction in the building so that was noisy in the morning, but we weren't there during the day. Would definitely go back and stay again.

Perfect week, perfect location! We loved everything about the property. So close to great restaurants, the garage was so convenient and we loved being on the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was very excited to book this because it was right on the water, which was absolutely wonderful, the views were amazing. The building itself could use a little updating. Our condo was nice could also use some TLC (dirty vents, showers could use a really good scrub, small stains on carpet) but overall nice. My only major issue was when we arrived there was another couple trying to get into the building, their code did not work, I tried calling the number I was told in my directions and noone answered. Fortunately a delivery guy was dropping off a package and let us in the building.

Great stay, needs updated

Great condo, very clean and comfortable. The location is also good, you can walk to stores and dining. The exterior of the building needs updated, looks shabby.

Best view ever!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Condo had everything. Perfect getaway for two couples, or family getting together. But by far this place was perfect to enjoy the ocean. Its also steps away from a bar and resturant on the beach. However due to Covid we stayed in and cooked in the condos kitchen that had everything needed. Highly recommend.

Overall, would stay here again.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great and the view right on the ocean was perfect. We went to the rental first thing, to find out what we needed to purchase. We bought keurig pods, since there was a keurig machine. Found out it didn’t work, so I cut open the pods and made coffee in the regular pot. It was cold when we were there. The furnace was NOT working very well. It only ran for about a minute, then turned off. We had to keep turning it off and on, to get to a comfortable temp. It was 66 degrees when we’d wake up in the morning and when we’d come home after going out. Furnace filter was very dirty, so we bought a new one, but it didn’t help. Only one throw blanket to wrap up in. Made many meals there and had most everything one would need. No tupperware or Saran wrap/aluminum foil, but did have a roll of paper towels, a small bottle of dish soap, one laundry packet and dish washer pod. Undergraound parking was nice, especially when it was so cold. The place could use a little updating and TLC, but it was fine. Made friends with the guy in the pizza shop next door. Excellent food. All the food we had at the local restaurants was great, along with the drinks. Everyone in Cocoa Beach that we met, were so friendly. Never did see or talk to Property Management. Just made do with the heat issue.

Loud banging

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit itself is nicely furnished and well stocked. However, this unit is on the end of the building perhaps 50 feet from loud construction noise which starts up at 7am. We go to the beach to listen to the waves, not loud banging. The rental agency did not mention this condition in the listing until AFTER we complained. Then they refused to give any refund. Highly unprofessional.

Great central location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is on the second floor in the corner. The building is in a busy area, so it is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and bars. Dollar General, Publix, and Walmart Supercenter are within a short drive for supplies. Because this is a busy area, we heard lots of sirens every day (fire, police, ambulance). Parking is under the building. The garage door remote is in the condo and the spaces are marked with your unit number. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys in your parking spot. Be sure to test them before lugging them out to the beach. There is also a beach chair/umbrella rental business next to the building. Plenty of beach towels in the unit. The construction next door appears to be a new build, not just minor repairs. It is noisy during the day, but it did not bother us. There is a keypad on the door to the unit for easy entry, but everything else requires a physical key (doors into the building, pool, restrooms by the pool, beach boardwalk). There were two keys in the unit. One worked better than the other. Many people had trouble with the lock on the boardwalk gate, including us. There is a lifeguard shack on the beach outside the building, which was nice. Despite the photos, there is no Keurig and no salt and pepper in the unit. It is a drip coffee machine, so don't bring k-cups like I did (I cut them open and poured the grounds into the basket). The kitchen has the bare necessities for cooking. No baking sheet, just a 9x13 glass pan. No travel cups to take out to the beach, so bring your own insulated tumblers. We really appreciated the blender and the washer and dryer in the unit. The condo is clean and beautifully decorated. Management was kind and easy to work with. We had a great week here! We even saw a dolphin swim by!
