Country Land Guest House - Spacious and Great for Families to Relax!

Our Guest House is a HOME away from Home, very unique just for you. We are Located in Lancaster Country surrounded by Amish farm country. There is so much to do and see. Within minutes of lots of shopping and restaurants.

Our backyard has a in ground pool for you to enjoy, (seasonal and weather permitting of course) Not to mention the fire pit for you to roast marshmellows or just sit around and enjoy the warmth of fellowship! Also have a propane grill out back for you to grill all kinds of fresh vegetables, found in our Farmers Markets in the area.

Rates are for up to 8 guests. $20 a night for each additional guest.

You won’t find a better place to stay in the Lancaster area! This home is spacious, immaculately cleaned and very well stocked with ample towels, soaps, tea and coffee etc. The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays which was an added bonus. The linens were very comfortable and extra blankets were provided for snuggling up near the fire. The rooms are large and inviting with plenty of space for everyone. There’s even a pool for warmer months. This home is definitely at the top of our list for the next time we visit the area. The hosts were very responsive, accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful home with all the modern conveniences in the middle of Amish Country farmland. We stayed with a large family of children and grandchildren and everyone had a great time. Our visit was a hot August week so the pool was great. It's located not too far from all of the local attractions and we even took a 45 minute ride to Hershey Park one day. The owner was very gracious, attentive, and provided everything you might need for this neat and well appointed home. I'm not sure there is anything we would want to change about this rental. We hope to be staying again.

The house looks small from the front but it is spacious inside. We are an extended family of 10 and had ample room. The outdoor space is great with the pool, grass for lawn games and the fire pit. Rachel is wonderful to communicate with.

Pennsylvania Quilters Paradise

The spacious, many-windowed family room is excellent for our sewing group of 6 quilters. Our hosts are very responsive to all of our requests.We will always come back to The Country Land House!

Country Land

Beautiful property with gorgeous views! Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds and furniture, and thoughtful amenities (e.g. bathrooms stocked with soaps and shower essentials). Is now our go-to rental for the area and have already booked a return visit!

A great time with family

We had a wonderful time. The house was spotless. We really appreciated a good AC system and the swimming pool during the heat wave week. There are only two things that we wish could have been better: the water pressure was not strong and the fridge was turned off prior to our arrival. It was a hot day and the fridge did not get cold until the next day. We were afraid that our food got spoiled because of the warm fridge. Other than that, everything was great. We will be back!

Great spot for our group!

Rachel was a joy to work with and very accommodating. Our group enjoyed the property very much and we were all very comfortable with plenty of space to spread out.

Home Away from Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the country land house. The hosts are fantastic. The house is well cared for and beautifully appointed. It’s perfect for our quilting group!

Home Away from Home

This trip marked our fifth straight year staying at the Country Land Guest House! We have never been disappointed with the cleanliness, attention to detail and the ease of contacting Rachael with any and all questions. It truly feels so welcoming and homey every time you walk into the house! Year 6 is already booked!

It was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, very cozy, lovely back yard with pool and fire pit. We absolutely loved the large family room and the kitchen. We fell in love with the whole house. We had everything we needed; beds were comfortable and plenty of linens and cozy blankets in every room!! We will bring our family back again!! Thank you for this great visit.

Little paradise

The layout was absolutely perfect of the house. My daughter absolutely loved the bunkbeds. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for enjoying family meals. The location was close to everything we wanted to see, which made adventuring a very easy. To top it all off the pool was absolutely the perfect way to start and end of the day. We will definitely be returning again.

Lovely house!

The house was in great shape. You can tell that the owners take pride in it. A group of quilters, we have need of sewing space and electrical connections. Both were in abundance. Owners were very helpful and responded quickly if needed. Highly recommend!

Comfortable home away from home,

My family and I loved our stay here. Rachel's attention to details made the house a wonderful place to vacation. Well equipped kitchen, very child friendly, comfortable furniture and beds, great location, beautiful landscaping and views as well as a super pool. Rachel goes above and beyond to supply everything you need, paper towels, toilet paper, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, salt and pepper, sugar, so many items I can,t list them all! Excellent experience

We came with a party of 10, including 6 children ages 4-11. It was such an unforgettable experience. The home was immaculate, spacious and gorgeous, the pool and fire pit were a big hit with the kids. The view was stunning and the home was equipped with everything we could possibly need. Rachel was a wonderful host and was always available to assist us with anything. Thank you so much Rachel!

Home away from home

The home was beautifully decorated and had all the touches of your own home. Rachel is very welcoming and cares greatly for the home and her guests. She is reachable constantly if you need her. At the beginning of our stay the oven was on the self-cleaning cycle and Rachel even offered to bake for us that evening if the self-cleaning hadn't completed by time we needed it!! Talk about hospitality. We will definitely be recommending this home to family and friends to rent.

Family fun in Amish country

Great place

The house was clean and comfortable. It is in the perfect location for the things my family and I had planned to do in the area. It felt homey. The welcome basket was a nice touch. Really great place.
