This place is a dream. Right on the beach. Beautiful views of the gulf and the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen. Apartment was excellent. Had everything we needed for the stay. Did I mention the beach!! Just a wonderful place.

Wonderful cottage and host.

Beautiful location right on the beach. Francine is fabulous as is her cottage. Would definitely love to stay again.

Perfect beach getaway

We live in Marco Island. The proximity to the beach, the room and the property go way above this! Quiet, clean, and excellent.

Fabulous stay

What a beautiful relaxing place to stay! We were very fortunate to view a fabulous sunset...right outside our door! Francine is a wonderful host, thinking of so many extras! We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely return here!

Very relaxing

Loved the quietness and access to beach. Owner’s were very friendly and available. We were looking for a place with little to no people to decompress and got it. Hated to leave and would love to visit again.

Simply the best

This is our second stay here. We loved the first stay in ‘21 and we loved the second stay in ‘23. It’s a perfect location as you are steps from the beach. It’s easy to access all the great things Manasota and Englewood have to offer as well

Restful oasis for nature-lovers

Such a wonderful stay. Our first morning there we woke up to watching two baby turtles hatch. Francine was a wonderful host and provided much more than I expected- from beach towels to sunscreen. It felt like home. We will definitely be back!

Great relaxing time

2nd time staying here love the location. The storm took the walking beach away, but we knew it was going to happen, so we just went up to Blind Pass and my wife hit the jackpot of shelling and shark teeth. The owners are great and communication with them is always easy as a phone call.
