OCEANFRONT. Our end unit 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is in Building C, unit 227 with direct views of ocean and pool. 250 yards to the beach. Sleeps 4-6 with queen bed, queen sleeper sofa and 2 bunks for children. Unit is on marsh side affording a quieter unit and view of the ocean and marsh. WEEKLY RENTALS 10% DISCOUNT. 3 HD flat screen TVs. (Living room, bedroom, balcony) DVD, WIFI, hairdryer and all linens and towels provided (beach towels are not provided). Fully stocked kitchen. KUREG and coffee maker.4-night required summer rentals. SNOWBIRDS-WINTER MONTHS NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, JANUARY, FEBRUARY DISCOUNT 50%. Ten tennis courts with pro shop, pickle ball courts, oceanfront pool with bar/grille and deck seating, bike rental on property, children's playground, pay per use washers/dryers and other wonderful amenities. Beach chairs (4), beach toys, and boogie boards provided for our guests.

We've stayed at this condo twice before because it is so convenient to the pool and beach. Has everything you need for a great stay and the host is FABULOUS. She was very communicative and pleasant to deal with. 100% recommend!

Close to beach, great location!

The condo was very close to beach and restaraunts! Host even let us stay a day extra since no one had it booked.

Best View Best Access Best Host

It was a busy time for check-in, then all of a sudden our anxiety had vanished… We had found our home away from home. This is one of the finest properties on the island and the host is honestly great. We are so thankful for Susan providing everything needed to relax and connect

Great location and condo!

Great place for our first visit to HHI for the 2 of us. Comfortable condo with everything we needed. Morning coffee on the balcony and watched the sun and wildlife visitors. Walk to beach and quick drive to good restaurants. Host quickly answered any questions. Would visit again.

Relaxing

This was my first vacation without my husband. It would have been our 38th anniversary. In the past, we had stayed at the resort. This condo being on the end gave more privacy. I loved being able to sit on the balcony and just stare at the ocen. The owner was very kind and stayed in contact whenever I needed something. I hope too go back again.

Quaint Condo on the Beach

My wife and I visited Hilton Head last week and stayed at Susan's property for the second time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. Susan has been amazingly easy work with during each stay, and as far as I am concerned, the location is hard to beat. We will look at staying there again on our next trip to Hilton Head.

More than accommodating

Loved the location of the room. Close to the best things at Beach and Tennis (pool/beach). Susan the host was more than accommodating for our family. She went above and beyond any expectations we could have as a host. The condo was clean and very well stocked. We would absolutely rent anything the host had to offer!

Very nice and clean place

Good location, close to the pool, close to the beach, clean and nice apartment. Zero problems. The owner even offer us one more day free of charge.

Great vacation

This is a great condo to have a couples get away. It is the perfect location for the pool and the beach. The pool is wonderful and the beach is our favorite to walk and ride our bikes. It is so easy and priced reasonably to rent bikes for the week and ride all over. Susan was so quick to answer any questions and very easy to work with throughout the booking process. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Nice Property Well maintained

Our stay was fantastic. A small hiccup when we arrived, but Susan responded immediately and it was taken care of with no delay. Which was a huge relief to know if any other issues were to arise, which they didn't, it wouldnt be a problem getting them resolved. Kitchen had everything we needed and more!

Cozy Beach Get-Away

Our family loved the area! The condo was clean and just as described. Our kids loved the bunk beds and our teen was comfy on the couch (the pullout couch wasn't really for 2 people so she was glad it was all hers). Having the pool and beach so close made it super convienent with kids who needed breaks from the sun. The condo had a beautiful view of the water. We were even able to use the coin laundry and go home with all clean clothes! The condo was cozy and a little small, but just what this Michigan family of 5 needed for a week away.

Hilton Head a little piece of Heaven

We stayed for 2 months, January and February thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. So relaxing to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean, what a view. Many times we’d leave the door open just to hear it. Susan was always there if you had a question. Hilton Head is a great place , away from the snow! You would not be disappointed by staying at Susan’s place. Due to circumstances we can no longer travel otherwise we’d be there in a flash.
