Loved the hot tub and the coffee provided! I’d move in in a minute. The whole family was comfy here. Loved the wildlife in town like deer!

The only reason I gave 4 stars for pictures matching the “reality” of the place was because it was even better than the photos. Especially the generous kitchen. All told, a wonderful place located in a wonderful place!

We had a wonderful time spending at the cottage. Host provided all infos we needed. The cottage was charming and offered everything you need to have a comfortable stay.

Wonderful home with cute decor and plenty of amenities. Host Katy was so helpful and quick to get back to me and we used her dog sitter suggestion while visiting Hearst Castle. Plenty of room in the the backyard with our pup(doggie door) and it’s nice to sit out front too. Close to town and a quiet location. We could walk to the Reserve which was very nice. Nice showers, towels, bedding and plenty of room to relax. I'd definitely stay there again and this was our first VRBO experience. My hubby and pup were very happy with everything.

Appreciated the amenities provided and the cleanliness of the home. It had all the comforts of home without being at home. Beds were very comfortable and appreciated the upgrades. Location was perfect, fairly close to downtown and beach. We would stay again.

We keep returning to the Squirrel's Cottage because of how clean, comfortable and cheerful it is. We also love being just 2 short blocks to the Fiscalini Preserve.

Exactly as advertised. The place is clean and roomy in a good locationFYI:There is a coffee maker and Keurig but no coffee which was not a big deal but had I known I would have brought some instead of making a trip to the store.

Fabulous location—quiet country street just steps from Fiscalini Ranch trails. And the interior was very cozy and comfortable. Ample kitchen plates etc.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is cute, cozy, and very clean. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. The house rules were detailed in an organized binder and made for an easy check in and check out. It’s located in close proximity to Moonstone Beach, Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, Hearst Castle, Paso Robles, Morro Bay, etc. All of which we got to enjoy! I would definitely stay here again when I make my way back to the Central Coast!

Charming home and property, very clean, very well maintained.Excellent location, beautiful surroundings, convenient to town and attractions. We loved the care of the home and the beautiful decor. Our daughters loved the squirrel decor throughout the home--very cute!Hope to return soon!

A perfect location for four plein air painters who loved the Cambrian spring countryside and coast. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well outfitted, the livingroom a great place for conversation and the outside patios perfect for wine and cheese. Thanks so much.

Great location for traveling with your dog!! Yars secure and inviting. Short walk to marvelous trails. And hot tubbing after walks and hikes!!

The outside areas were not clean and the skylights were very dirty. Hot tub not available.

The home is lovely and warm and welcoming. The bedrooms are huge and the beds are super comfortable. The garden in the back is magical. The host is so kind and answers questions quickly. We love this place and can’t wait for the next visit!!!

This is our second time staying in this home. This time, we stayed for 2 months. I really like this house. The rooms are very nice sized. The decor is perfect. The beds and living room furniture are comfortable. The kitchen has been nicely updated and was well equipped. The back yard is straight out of a fairy tale. It is fully fenced, too. Our kids really enjoyed the hot tub.The host is very responsive to any questions and is very helpful.This is the nicest, roomiest house we've ever rented. We're already booked for next year!

We loved being so close to the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. The hot tub was fine, although I might have made it a littel hotter. The TV worked well and the ability to stream our channels was appreciated. The abundance of space and the number of outlets were also appreciated. Altogether, a very pleasant stay.

Very cozy, clean, and welcoming home. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The host was extremely communicative and couldn’t have made the process easier. The house was even decorated for Christmas. We will book here again.
