The property was just as the pictures showed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, tire noise was due to the road surface but did not really notice after a while.Bonus was a garage. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed staying here. Great location, great view and great communication with hosts. We had a housekeeping related issue the first day and the host took care of it as soon as possible. I would stay here again if in the area.

The location and property was excellent.I stayed for 18 days and host had left enough coffee, laundry and dishwasher pods, I never had to purchase my ownBoth baths were well stocked with TP,Shampoo, conditioner and body wash!

Great location

Great stay and a great location. Enjoyed our stay and loved being able to walk to restaurants and beach. Would definitely stay again.

We had a very nice stay - everything was almost perfect. The apartment really needs blinds or curtains for privacy though.

Great Place to Stay!

We stayed here for just over a week and it was perfect for our family of four. It was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location. Easy access to great food, beaches, the railway, San Diego, the fair (and horse track) and anything else that you might want to do in the area. We HIGHLY recommend and will be back.

Trip to Solana Beach

My wife and I stayed in Anne's house for the Thanksgiving holiday with our two kids, both under three years old. The house was kid friendly, very clean, and the perfect spot for us to stay!

In short, Anne was the perfect, helpful, host. The residence was clean, incredibly charming, affordable...with a short hike to a beautiful beach full of character.

We loved the place, location and master bed was super comfy. The owners were very nice and available with any questions! We loved the proximity to everything.

Very clean, nicely updated and awesome location!

My family loved staying at this wonderful condo! It is very clean and nicely updated. It has a beautiful kitchen, a washer and dryer inside and spacious bedrooms. The location is perfect. Very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the home, the view, watching the horses race, the location, the furnishing, the art, and the bed and master bath were killer! Anne was ultra responsive, the rate was great and will definitely stay there again!
