Decorated by owners, this 2 bedroom and loft, 2 bathroom condo is nicely furnished and accommodates 4-6 people comfortably. With fireplace, kitchen, patio with grill, single car garage and swimming pool, this is an ideal location to enjoy the beauty and views of Moab Rim and scenic red rock.

Wonderful Stay!

My friends and I were visiting from Missouri! This condo was amazing! It felt very homey! Beds were comfortable, facilities were nice, and the condo had everything we needed! Definitely would stay here again if we came back to Moab!

Perfect family stay for days of Moab adventure!

Everything was perfect with this stay! Location, pool, comfortable beds, plenty of cookware to make it a home away from home. The owners had great communication and we will be sure to stay here again if ever in this location!!!

Great condo, fantastic location

Beautiful Location Away From Town

This location is excellent. Only ten minutes from downtown Moab, it is like a secure oasis. The owner provided everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Loved our stay here!

We loved our stay at Marta’s place! We stayed for about a month in December. It was super cozy, with plenty of space and a nice fireplace that made it feel extra homey. There were basics like salt and pepper, laundry detergent, shampoo, and conditioner, that were provided which made things convenient.The neighborhood was quiet and safe with lots of parking options. Plus, it’s just a short walk to some petroglyphs, which was a cool bonus! Marta was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.This was the perfect spot for our month-long stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful stay on this property. The neighborhood was very quiet and well kept. The home was very clean and a lot more spacious than the photos show. We all felt safe and comfortable while we stayed there. The kitchen had all of the appliances you could need for a short or long stay. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing clean house

We loved our stay here and were sad not to be there longer. The house is clean and if anything felt larger than I thought it would based on the listing. It is well stocked and we had a great time

Great place! Lots of room!

Very clean and homey place. Just needed TVs in the bedrooms. Didn't have a chance to use the pool. Would definitely stay again!!

very nice ,tidy, and clean property. everything you need is nearby. The home is completely stocked. Marta communicates quickly. Town of Moab a few minutes away. Would stay again.

Loved the location--close to local attractions, yet in a quiet residential area. The facility was beautifully decorated and well-supplied with everything you could need while traveling. The beds were so very comfortable. We even played Rummikub one day with our grandson. Thanks for a wonderful visit.

Great stay

Perfect location for us to stay. Pretty area, king bed was super comfortable. Would have been nice to have cable or Apple TV available to put in our accounts, but we didn’t really have much time to watch any tv. Marta was super helpful as well. Thanks!

Excellent Moab base

Just spent four nights at Marta’s unit and it proved an excellent base for our time in Moab. Unit just as expected, clean comfortable and perfect for two couples travelling together. Location is a few miles from the centre of Moab but that meant we were away from the Memorial Day crowds. highly recommended.
