Great place with a well stocked kitchen, many thoughtful touches including beach equipment, and an owner who clearly cares about those staying there. We’ve stayed many places in Folly and this ranks up with the best.

Very cozy home. The home is exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the bikes and extra beach supplies. The extra large refrigerator and freezer was also really helpful.

Very nice beach cabin!

Very nice beachy cabin on Folly Island. Clean, easy to check in, had everything we needed. Especially enjoyed the bikes. Thanks for sharing your home

Great beach house

We absolutely loved this house and all of the attention to detail. The location is great and everything about the house from the updates to all the finishing touches made us feel like we were staying in a home- and beautiful home!

Fantastic Getaway

This property is cute and functional for a family! It is steps from pickleball courts and a short walk to the beach and town. My family and I loved our stay and can't wait to come again!

Great getaway

Follitude was perfect for our family of four. Short walk or golf cart ride to the beach and to anything else off Center St. The kitchen is so great to cook in and the bedrooms were so comfortable! Definitely will be booking again!

Great Cottage

This beach bungalow was perfect for us. We loved the proximity to the dog park and playground. The outdoor space was beautiful and we enjoyed it. The kitchen was modern and everything was just great.

Graduation vacation

Was even nicer than online pics. Had every little thing we needed. Easy walk to beach and downtown. Listing accurately described location across from public works so we knew what to expect. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay!

We all had a most enjoyable time at the house. Property manager was very helpful with our split arrival times and one of the owners made his golf cart available. The house was very well equipped in every respect and a pleasure to enjoy.

Enjoyed using the PRO style kitchen and high end appliances to prepare meals. Easy three block walk to the beach and great big porches to relax

The house was clean and homey, the kitchen was amazing and well equipped, beds were comfy and the house was just a short walk to the beach. There was everything available for fun at the beach, bikes, boogie boards, surf boards etc. had a lovely stay.

What a great house!!

We had a great stay! On the first night we had an issue with the hot water but the communication was great with property management. The kitchen was top notch!! Location was awesome! You can hear the waves as soon as you step outside! Definitely recommend booking this beach house!

Great place. Kitchen was great. The only suggestion I have is may want to check on the overhead lights in the kitchen.. they kept flickering may be an electrical issue. We had a great week.

Great Home

This cottage was perfect for my adult son, me, and his dog for 3 nights. It is in a great location, quick walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to town, and a dog park across the street. The house was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet (we didn't hear the city trucks from across the street) and safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous Folly

The cottage was better than the pictures, the kitchen is amazing! The set up of the master and kids room on one side and the guest bedroom and bathroom on the opposite side is perfect! We are planning to return next year!
